The company sent two people that came with a ladder a leaf blower spent a total of 45 mins. They charged me 775 dollars for blowing the roof and cleaning one down spout. Very high prices and they did not explain the process or what they will doing to clean the gutters. I had no idea that all they will do is use a leaf blower and a ladder.

Hi Ambreen, My name is Jeremy, the Owner of Mission Roofing. I am disappointed that it has come to this, but I will provide context for any prospects reading these reviews. The estimate you signed off on was from two years ago. As a courtesy to you, we honored that price despite rising operational costs. We completed the scope of work as outlined in the contract you signed. We even adjusted the original date of the scheduled work to fit your schedule preferences. Only once the work was completed and paid for, did you begin to complain about pricing. You called us scammers and threatened to leave us bad reviews if we didn't refund you $200 of the total amount you agreed to. You had ample time (2 years) to shop around and do your due diligence as any shopper should. Unfortunately, the price can't be negotiated after it is agreed upon, signed off on, and the work is completed. Your actions are an attempt to extort my company and harm our reputation. We are a local company that prides itself on our commitment and respect for our clients and their homes. If you look at our reviews across the board on Google, Yelp, Angi, BBB, etc., you will not find a single review even remotely similar to your complaint. It was a Saturday morning around 8:00 am when I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Jeremy and said that they would be in that very morning around 12;00 - 2 :00 pm to look at what needs to be done and provide an estimate. It was about after 12 to 1 pm Jeremy showed up. Looked at the roof and said he would send the estimate via email. It did take a couple if says before we could receive the estimate. After calling the estimate was provided, once we agreed with estimate a time for doing the repairs was scheduled. Photos were provided ti us of the work that needed to be done. The work crew showed up on time on the day scheduled. After the work was completed and the crew left on reviewing the work done there were some repairs were missed. Jeremy was called and notified with Photos also sent to him. He immediately rescheduled to have the team back the following work day to complete the work. So overall I was very satisfied except for the delay in receiving the estimate.Review from Nadine C.
