Texan Roofing at 403 W Grand Pkwy S suite r, Katy, TX 77494, owner Tim **** came out and give an estimate for roof replacement after walking my roof. A couple days later he returned to finalize his bid and place all agreed job requirements into our contract, with his own writing. The work was not to contract application standard, wrong materials were brought to the job site, poor workmanship, damaged fascia inadequate perimeter tarp coverage and did a poor cleanup. When they finished, vent ridge rows had exposed nails and valley bottoms were not finished properly. New drip edge were not nailed into the deck in many places, thus the bottom row of singles will never stick and seal to anything making for easy blowoff. Deck replacements were inadequate and penetration vent holes haphazard. Agreements in contract were not honored. Post completion issues were only met with profanity. Do yourself a favor, avoid poor workmanship and frustration, and look elsewhere for a truthful contractor that will do what is in your roofing contract.

We called Texan Roofing to come out and give us a quote to re-roof our 2 story house. Received the quote same day. We had a few questions and they were quickly answered by Adrian and we decided to sign the estimate to start work. Once we signed we were put on the schedule for the next available day for materials to be dropped off. Materials were dropped on site on time. Roofing crew arrived the next day as planned on time, if not early and began working. Great work done by the Crew, Adrian was here as well. Any questions or issues were quickly handled. Crew did a great job keeping up with everything that was removed and disposed of. At the end of the day they crew did a final sweep of any nails/ shingles that were picked up. Very professional work. Crew did a great job as well. We had to replace a few extra pieces of plywood and were charged additional for that, to which we were already prepared for due to age of previous roof age. Adrian explained everything that was happening if we had questions. Over the next few days to a week we looked for miscellaneous nails and found a few as to be expected. One of our rain gutter spouts came off and Adrian came out at not cost and repaired it. We will highly recommend Texan Roofing to anyone in the future. Great company, Great price, Great Crew, Fantastic work!
