Josh from Pools 123, told the. That my light had gone out and it was still under warranty. They had a local ******* Certified technician come out and the technician was not able to get the light out. They told me that I would have to get with the original installers ( Pools 123 ) called and called with no response or call back. Finally got a hold of someone said they were sending a guy out. Never sent anyone out. This went on for 2 and 1/2 months. Finally talked to Josh told him the technician couldn't get the light out and said that the installers must have put too much glue or ran the conduit where you couldn't get the wire out easily. Josh said no sir we don't install like that. Never sent anyone out. A month or goes by and I call them back told me they would come out and pull the old light out and install another one but I would have to pay them $950. Told them why do I have to pay you to do the same job when you are the ones that did it wrong in the first place. So I took it upon myself to fix this light since I am electrician by trade. Tunnel under my pool to try and fix this light. Then I find out my dirt that is supposed to be under my concrete is now a big void. My skimmer is leaking out water and eroding under my pool. Also they installed the light using water pipe fittings not conduit. Took pictures of everything sent them to Josh in and email he told me that I could just coulk the skimmer. Never said anything about sorry we ran the conduit wrong or anything. Sent them a email with all my findings and they do not care. What good is a lifetime warranty on a pool you can't get worked on. I will be seeking counsel. Pay all that money up front and never get any help with issues. Do Not Buy From These People.

Pools 123 Houston installed a pool at our house . We are very disappointed in the mess they leave behind. We decided to keep the dirt from the pool and Aaron and Joshua state that the dirt was left and the mess left behind is not apart of landscaping we are asking that it to be piled in one place not scattered all through the yard.. Very Very unprofessional I regret letting this company install our pool. Read all of there reviews And there most spoken repeated comment to this is nothing else will be done at this Point. Point being they have your money and a dissatisfied customer.
