      On 09 Sept. 2024, I contacted On Point Tree Services for the removal of 3 trees. On 10 Sept. 2024, the crew showed up to remove the trees. While removing the roots from one of the trees, one of crew members literally said "pipe", but continued to dig. This was discovered later as my security cameras were recording the entire time. The crew member continued to dig and split the pipe into two halves. While I was attempting to stop the water from flowing, one of the crew members asked about a payment, I asked to let me deal with the water right now. I stepped inside of the house to look for a water cut off valve in the backyard for all of 5 mins and when I returned the crew left. The set rate for this service was $300. I contacted the city and *** plumbers to perform the repair ($1400). The pipe had to be repaired past the point of impact as it had there were cracks past the point of splits. I initially did ask the crew to dig a deeper whole to drop a fake tree, however, I was unaware of the pipes being directly under the tree, nor was I notified/told by the crew members that if they continued to dig they could risk damaging a pipe. Nor was I aware this business is not accredited by the BBB.

      Date of Service: 07-13-2022 I hired On Point Tree Service to trim 2 large Oaks for $850. When trimming was completed I paid them $850 as agreed. As soon as they left, I noticed that they bent my gutter. I immediately called Ubaldo who was supervising the crew, and he came over an looked at it. I said they would get someone to come out and fix it. I assumed they would. The reason I hire them is because they were insured. No one ever came to check the gutter after contacting them numerous times per text messages and phone calls. I have the email records for all the contacts if needed. I kept getting the same excuse that the gutter guy was too busy. I finally told Brian that I would get an estimate. When I got the gutter man to come give me an estimate, he said it was bent too much to straighten, so the section would need to be replaced. The estimate for replacement of bent gutter was $250. I sent picture of estimate to Brian. He said he would bring me a check. After waiting for several days, I contacted their office several times. They apologized that Brian never came to bring me the check, but they could not do anything. I have used this company many times in the past. I can't believe they would treat a regular customer like this. I asked them why they would not fix the gutter, since they were insured. They said that insurance was for costly claims only. Request $250 refund for gutter repair.
