    Both my wife and I work from home, so we wanted a backup internet service in case of inevitable outages. Boy, am I glad I found this wireless internet company when I did! About a month ago, our home fiber internet went down, and the service provider said it would take five days to send a technician. Thankfully, I already had this 5G router set up and ready to go. We were both able to continue working during the day and stream television in the evening without any issues. Our new backup internet was a lifesaver, and I’m grateful to have found something that works so well. I then decided to test it on a road trip from Tampa to Atlanta, using an inverter to keep it powered in the car. To our surprise, my wife was able to enjoy a completely uninterrupted connection the entire drive! Seven hours of continuous Facebook scrolling, YouTube videos, and even a little online shopping—she never dropped her connection. We were both very impressed with its consistency. Last week, on a business trip, I decided to take it with me again to avoid the risk of using the unprotected hotel guest Wi-Fi (they didn’t even require a password to connect). The router provided a secure and reliable VPN connection, which gave me extra confidence that my data was safe while I worked remotely. Now my wife relies on this backup service and told me I couldn’t take the router out of the house anymore (chuckle). Good news, they recently introduced a new mobile 4G hotspot, which is smaller and battery-powered—perfect for travel. So now I own both the router and the hotspot, excited to utilize both whether I’m traveling or at home. In summary, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their services. Highly recommend!

    when the service works, it works great, but when it doesn't it takes days sometimes weeks to get it right, I have had the service approx 5 years with t mobile as the cell tower, never went over data usage, didn't even know there was a limit, started having issues, gotw3 sent me a version card , was working great then not, got3 said I went over data usage (1st month of having it) so I was cut off till the 11th of April 2023. it's the 11 th. no service yet! 5 years not once did we go over, also i was told you can't look up your history usage according to the technician so I could review it, so I call B.S. ! Hugh's Net looking better and better as alternative option!

    Your people did contact me. their alternative was to pay more money to get more service ???? I just want what I have to work , I understand I go over data plan,( never happened till they switch me to ******** now over every time!) but when the renewal date for data arrives and I still don't have service? I have reset. powered down , still nothing. not happy. hopefully come across other options! ********************** net..anything

    A terrible internet service. It worked fine for two months then became very slow and intermittent. Sim card change was supposed to help, made it worse! Then company raised rates during outage. Then would not refund for months of service lost. **************** is non existent. They wont answer the phone or respond to emails. Had a hard time just getting it cancelled. Stay away. I really wish they had zero stars! I cant believe they are still in business. I took the modem I purchased from them and blasted it with a shotgun! It made me feel good and I see some people selling used ones on ***** Shame on people who would try to sell people that junk! STAY AWAY!

    This is the worse company ever. Never ever do business with this company. The internet consistently stops working. When you call they always tell you they need to pass the call to the "advanced" team to fix the problem & that someone will call you back. Never happens!!! When you finally get the advanced team they tell you that you need a new SIM card. When you get the card inevitability it does not work and you get to start the **************** again. I think this entire company is a scam and everyone needs to do what they can to shut it down before they steal any more money from consumers.

    Don't do it, you will regret it. Terrible service and company. We were constantly on the phone with the company trying to get this to work properly. They talked me into a new router which ended up being even worst than the first router and the new router cost $200.00 more. They promised that the new router would be much faster and reliable. It was not! Service was spotty and I cancelled service yesterday, We were constantly having to reboot the router. And did I mention the service was slow. Sometimes I likened the speed to DIAL UP! We are very rural and our options are limited. No cable and there never will be. We were finally able to switch over to Starlink and the experience has been great! Save yourself some grief and frustration and use Starlink right off the bat. Price is about the same and Starlink has REAL unlimited service, not unlimited and then throttled back when you reach a certain gigabit.

    We use the Internet in our area win we move to a more rural area. At first it worked exactly has advertised but then they switched the Sim card and it stopped working we complain for months and they didn't do anything about it they never answered the phone and when we tried to cancel it they wouldn't give us any money even though our Internet hadn't been provided to us for over 90 days.
