      On 03/17/2021 Sunbelt Vacuum Service/ Sunbelt Disposal & Recycle the sub contracted service that supposedly delivers the dumpster struck and damaged our gate. They claim they did not hit our gate and that some other one had struck and damaged our gate. The driver reported he had hit the gate and would file a report on the damaged gate that he had caused. It took 6 months to find the information from [email protected] that they sub contracted the delivery to them. This is all a stone wall tactic and Bill Clinton school of ethics of Deny, Deny, Deny then counter accuse. This company is a total failure with public relations and their responsibility for the damage they caused. They think that they can stall long enough and this will just go away. It will not. Requesting information on who can receive a small claims lawsuit for these 2 companies. Request which local TV station investigation services will like to take this problem up and expose their sorry operations. I'am ready to really create some waves on these 2 companies that need to be exposed.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/04/11) */ Mr. ****** reached out to Local Dumpster 411, who then contacted us, 2 weeks after we delivered the dumpster stating our driver damaged his gate. At the time, we asked our driver, who is a seasoned employee, and he stated he did not hit his gate no did he have a conversation with anyone onsite. With it being two weeks after the service and the fact Mr. ****** was having construction done on his property with multiple people in/out he was unable to provide any information showing we had done any damage. His statement of it taking 6 months to get our information is false as John L**** in our office spoke with Mr. ****** directly 2 weeks after the initial delivery. Mr. ****** continued to have our dumpster onsite from March 17-June 3. Sunbelt Disposal prides ourself in customer service and good ethics. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/04/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The dumpster had only S370 mark on it with no other signs, numbers, web sites or a company name. I had to get the contractor to give me the number for the dumpster company to call and that took the contractor two days to get me the information. The gate was hit on Wednesday March 17th and I called the dumpster company on Friday the 19th of March. It was not two weeks but it was two days after the gate was hit. The driver told me he had hit the gate and would fill out a company report about the damage. Julian W******* took all of the information and we sent a email with all of the details and pictures of the damaged gate and scratches on the side of the dumpster. I call several times over the next several months requesting the status of the damage and only got no results and only stone walling. It took about 6 months before they stated that this is not our problem since we sub contract the delivery. That is all new to us and never stated before. Then send all of the information to John Lyell and he sends back his answer that they did not hit our gate and some other vendor had hit the gate. ''This is typical Bill Clinton school of ethics and deny, deny, deny then counter accuse. They forget that all of the phone services record all calls date, time and length of call. I have my one phone record that proves all of the time line I have stated. These are not trust worthy companies and think they are so big that no one will ever attempt to challenge them and they have done no wrong. Yes they have done wrong and I wonder how many other times they have just rolled over people cause they think they are so big no one can touch them or even dare to take them on. The fight is on. The answer to this complaint is a big NO! Request information on your records dealing with these companies. Also need the information on how to obtain the companies person that is the legal receiver of the letter of demand and then can receive the small claims lawsuit. This is not going to just fade away. I have the time and the money to take this all the way for them to pay for the damages and issue a apology. I feel they have done this many other times. Question BBB what rating do you have on these companies. I will rate them as a total failure. Need point of contacts for the letter of demand and lawsuit. Call me when you can. 469 853 6226 Thanks Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/04/20) */ Sunbelt Disposal does not accept responsibility for the damage on Mr. ******'s gate. After reviewing the information stated in Mr. ******'s response, speaking with our driver, and looking at the information provided to us prior to this BBB complaint, our reasons for declining responsibility are: 1) The complaint regarding the damaged gate was not communicated with Local Dumpster 411 and Sunbelt in a reasonable timeline. The initial complaint was made weeks after the initial service date on March 17, 2021. Local Dumpster 411 requested photos and they were finally received on June 17, 2021; 2 weeks after the final removal of the dumpster on June 3, 2021. 2) Based on the photos received, there is no possibility that our truck or dumpster could have bent the gate in that direction when entering or exiting the property. The images of the dumpster do not show anything outside of normal wear and tear of a construction dumpster. 3) Mr. ******'s communication timeline in his two responses on this case are not consistent. He initially states it took 6 months to find Sunbelt's contact information, then states he contacted us on March 19. 4) The driver that delivered the dumpster is a seasoned employee with a good record. He stated at the time and again now, that he did not hit the gate. 5) Our procedure of reporting and investigating an incident during a service does not match Mr. ******'s statement that our driver said he would fill out a company report to record the damage. For these reason we will not accept responsibility for Mr. ******'s gate. Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2022/04/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Questions for BBB 1. What ratings do both of these companies have with the BBB? 2. Has there been other problems like this with these companies? 3. What is the names of the CEO's and their contact information? 4. What is the person with both companies that has the right of receivership to receive the letter of demand and the small claims lawsuit? From the start. There is no information of any kind on this dumpster. Had to call the contractor to get the phone number to the company which took 2 days for the contractor to get the number. Called on Friday March 19, 2021 and talked with Julian W******* to report the damage. He stated to send pictures of the damage via email which we did. Called several days latter and they stated they did not receive the email. This took several more times with phone calls checking in status which is all in the phone log. Calling every other week or so to check on status and get someone else to say they will work on the problem and nothing is done. Then over 6 months later Julian sends a email stating that this damage is not their responsibility since they sub contract the delivery to another company. Why didn't he stat that when l called the first time? Have to send email with pictures and details again to the other person John L****. He states that there is no way that the dumpster could have hit the gate and done the damage. How can he stat that since he has not been out here to exam the area to determine what caused the damage. He can not! I have 2 ways of proving the damage was done with that dumpster S370. These 2 companies are trying to stall, confuse, the problem in hopes of me getting tired of the hassle with dealing with them and then just drop it. This is not going to happen and I will prove my case and they will pay for the damages. Need the contact information for both of the legal departments so I can send the letter of demand and then the small claims lawsuit. Will be contacting other parties to work on this problem and checking with other contractors. I can prove with all of the phone call logs how many times I have called them and got nothing done. Both of these companies are dealing with the problem like the Bill Clinton school of ethics. Deny, Deny, Deny and then counter accuse. I can prove that they hit the gate with 2 different ways of proving they did the damage. I can rate both of these companies with a Z-. Because a F is just not bad enough.
