On May 1, 2024 we paid *************************** of Trailhead Home DFW a deposit, which is half of the cost of the entire barn door project including, French double doors, laundry door, pantry door, custom baby ************ bedroom. This person said it would only take a month for him to build them and install. But it has been many months now since we paid him and still not one door has been done and installed. He kept delaying install date and gave so many excuses. We were understanding at first when he said there's a delay in the materials but then after that he gave us install dates that he never called and showed up when the time for install date comes. We called him and followed up multiple times and he kept giving us new install dates that he on multiple occasions not show up or call again. I am writing this complaint today, August 13, 2024 and as of this date we still have not received even one door from the many doors we have ordered from him.Business response

She has an refund agreement and has received the first and second half of payment arrangement we made.
she is being taken care of and refunded in full.
promises to delete this if paid too.

Payed ***** on March 2024 to build a fire place in our living room. The job was suppose to be completed on April 2024, He then rescheduled to may 18,2024. On the day of May 18th he messaged me at 2am stating that he needed to reschedule again. I told him I was no longer interested and would just like a refund. He states he would refund my money. But never did. we are now a month out and I have not received anything. I looked on his ******** business page and it looks like he has done this to other people as well. One review also stated that he deletes the bad reviews and only leaves the good ones which is miss leading. He is committing fraud and basically stealing money. I would just like my refund on a job that one never even done.
