*********** *** *****, the owner of Dragon's Eye Construction submitted a quote to to complete a water damage project at my home. one of the projects was to replace flooring in the major portion of my home. Vinyl flooring was selected as the product to be used.. The construction project as completed, but within 3 montg a great portion of the flooring started to come loose. *********** was contacted by phone and came by to look at the problem . He promised to come back and correct the problem. several calls to his firm and a series of certified letters have produced no results. He has not repaired the problem even though he has received full payment. he will not respond

Dear Mrs. ******,
Thank you for logging your complaint against my Company with the Better Business Bureau. I have never installed a Laminate Flooring solution for any of my customers to date. I believe you are referring to the Tile flooring we installed in your Home. As we have discussed numerous times I do not have a tile professional available to do the repair currently that is willing to return to your Home and perform work for you. I have expressed to you my willingness to resolve this matter if you find an alternative contractor to perform the repair. $500 sounds rather high to repair the small area of concern since we left you with ample leftover tile and grout and it would be a labor only repair. Your follow up text requesting $800 to remove this complaint is also rather unreasonable. Please submit a copy of the repair invoice and photos of the completed work and I am happy to reimburse your out of pocket expense upon confirmation with your tile repair service. As always, we look forward to resolving this issue for you to the best of our ability.
