DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Bought a washing machine here 12/31/22 and it began knocking really loud and not dispensing water around mid January. I called the store the first week in February and was told that they would charge me a fee for having them pick up the washing machine. I refused to pay it as the washing machine was still under the 60 day warranty, and when the sale was finalized they didn't select the option that I would have to pay a fee. What's worse is they lied to my credit card company stating I wouldn't allow them to come pick up the washing machine. Bad business all around. Go elsewhere!

When you purchased the washer you read and signed the invoice being aware "all sales are final there is not refund" any problem with the appliance as long is under warranty you can"bring it to the store yourself and we will repair free or swapped it out for another same equal price" if you can not bring it will be " a trip fee" , and you signed and you read it. When you called the store the salesperson mentioned to you to bring it to the store so we could fix it free and "you refused to do it". The salesperson told you if you want we picked up the washer, but you will have to pay " a trip fee" just as the invoice said. We don't lie. You had two options and you didn't want either one.
