They were quick to come out and put a new roof on but I still have a leak that I previously had and now I have leaks in new places which has caused drywall damage. I was told they were going to come back and fix it but after a month and half later, I see they are slapping on plenty of roofs on other peoples houses but are apparently too busy to come back and make my roof right. You would think that making my roof correct would be a priority but I guess they already got their money from me so they can focus on taking in cash from new customers. I was told multiple times too that the crew that did my roof was the “A team”, if this is the case, I’d really hate to see what work the other crews do. Really disappointed that I shelled out this kind of money to have a roof that leaks. I will not recommend this company to anybody at this point.

We were given 60 days by the insurance company to replace our roof or they would drop us. We had to pay it out of pocket its big amount of money so I called almost 20 roofing companies to get quotes. None of the roofing company sat and explained anything they send me a quote. I also called Dr Roofing and Construction when I called to get a quote the lady told me they will send someone who would sit and talk with us and explain us the process. That was surprising as no other company did that. On Saturday Cameron ***** came to our house he was very detailed he brought the samples of the shingles and did a presentation to explain us the whole process and the warranties. He gave us the quote which we were happy with I had alot of questions he patiently answered all my questions. Our roof was replaced and Mr.Michael ******** came to our house. Let me tell you Mr.Mike was so professional He is very very very knowledgeable,humble and God fearing man. He is very Honest and Very Helpful. After my husband and I met Mr.Mike we were very pleased to meet him. He went above and beyond. I have told so many people about DR Roofing but mostly about Mr.Mike.  If you are looking to get your roof replaced or any other work done do not hesitate to call Dr.Roofing. Their Prices are the Best and Mr.Mike backs his work. Their warranties are also the Best. Trust me I called and talked to many companies.  I thank God that Dr Roofing is the company who replaced our Roof. If we need anything else done I will be calling Mr.Mike at Dr Roofing. He is the BEST. We can not recommend them enough.This company is A++++ I understand why they have great rating on BBB , ****** ******* *** **** **** ** ******* **********. Their Professionalism and Works backs their rating.

Extremely pleased with the price and process. Kody did a great job getting everything organized for us and the crew got our roof done in 1 day! Roof looks FABULOUS!

I am not generally a complainer but this is from a customer who is not a happy camper. I called this company to my home to fix a leak in the back porch roof where it connects to the corner of the garage. The person who came to my home focused immediately on my whole roof. After much conversation I was sold. Months later I have a lovely roof and a leak exactly as before. Their contact person and his roofer were here about four time trying to stop the leak without success. Water still leaks into the frame of the porch roof and the wall of the garage. If left this way it is certain that structural damage is occurring. Please be sure you have a perfect understanding of their intentions and your expectations before signing on with them. Don M

Update: This is to followup my review of 1/30/2023. The company contacted me, came to my house to fix the leak referred to in my earlier review. It took them some time and effort to finally stop the leak. The team was very pleasant and stuck with the job until they had located the problem. The fix took time and effort and they did fix the problem. I am once again a happy camper and will be a customer of theirs from now on. Thank you Michael and crew for your work.

We had our roof installed by DR Roofing & Construction and couldn't be happier. It looks amazing! They completed the project in a matter of just a few hours and left everything cleaned up beautifully as if they were never here. Very impressed and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Lower bid than any we received prior from competitors, everything moved quickly and on schedule, top of the line materials, courteous and helpful and a warranty not offered by anyone else we spoke with prior.
