On 6/19/2021, I rented Reds Roadhouse venue in *********, ** for my mom's surprise 80th birthday on 2/11/2023.I was told I only needed a $200 deposit and the remaining did not have to be paid till 30 days before event.To be proactive, I submitted payment for an additional $721 so that I wouldn't have to pay so much later....Combined total payment submitted was $921.On 5/1/2022 my mother unexpected passed away. On 5/17/2022 I advise the venue that we needed to cancel the party due to her death and that I needed a refund to pay for her headstone. Aleishia with Reds Roadhouse stated that no refunds are returned...after multiple requests she stated that she would give me a refund of $360.No services were rendered and cancelation was due to my mother's death, therefore no party will be had as she is gone. I canceled 9 months before the scheduled date. Please attain the remaining refund due of $561. Thank you!Business response
