I purchased a pair of over the ear heaing aids which I found unsatisfactory after a tried them for period for about 3 weeks. I returned the aids to this person after I called him for return and asked for receipt of original invoice which he was to provide as he did not give me one at the time of purchase saying he would get it for me. never happened. He did not provide a return invoice although i asked for both and a copy of the hearing test but he brought none of what I wanted and needed. I have tried several times to contact ********************* to no avail nor have I received my refund.Business response

I hope this message finds you well. I also sent this to your email as well. I am sorry it has taken me a while to respond back. I was actually in the hospital for a period of time and then my babies ended ** in the hospital for a period of time due to RSV. I am just now getting back into the office.
I was able to find what the complaint was from. In regards to the complaint (*******), I have called ******* and then I have sent letters to her address. I have also sent her a refund check. According to my records and my bank, that check was deposited. However, if the refund was not received, then I need to check into what happened to that check and find out how the money was deposited (need to find where it went).

I was able to find what the complaint was from. In regards to the complaint (*******), I have called ******* and then I have sent letters to her address. I have also sent her a refund check. According to my records and my bank, that check was deposited. However, if the refund was not received, then I need to check into what happened to that check and find out how the money was deposited (need to find where it went).
