Pre-arranged job to be performed was only half complete. Overall price for the job was in my opinion was excessive. We had specifically requested certain things to be done as a necessity that were not completed. Each time we asked about job we were told we needed to spend more money, while the original job for our home site was not completed. We were not allowed to review the job prior to payment. We spent a lot of money to have a job completed and trusted they would follow our plan and prioritize our home site/ land after we drove the property with the owner giving specific instructions but were greatly disappointed and feel financially taken advantage of.Business response

I am sorry you feel financially taken advantage of. If you will refer back to your original invoice #****** it states the day rate and what would be done. The price is clearly stated and you signed in two spots that you understood and agreed. During the 2 days we were working additional work was added by you and this is what hampered getting all the way to the homesite. Since we did do additional work the clean up was not finished so I gave you an additional day with 9 men and 2 skid loaders 2 dump trailers and a tractor to clean up the debris. There was no charge at all for this extra day. You got 3 days for the price of 2. We did not stop you from reviewing the job prior to payment. You put a down payment and the balance was not sent for weeks after the job was completed.
