I purchased tires from All Star Ford because they're local and small town business. The interaction between myself and their now service manager Mike S**** I thought was going to be a good one. After being told by another long time All Star Ford employee who I had maintained a consumer relationship with over the past 20 years that for tire warranty the tires had to be sent in for their warranty process I told Mike S**** when purchasing my tires from them that I had the set I had purchased from All Star Ford that needed to be sent in per warranty requirements and have all necessary paperwork and was told by him that he would get it done. Time kept passing and every time I would check in I always got the stock answer of "give me 2 or 3 days and I'll get back with you after I check into it" after numerous attempts I filed a complaint with BBB and received a response of Mike S**** no longer being enjoyed there, I checked just now before leaving my review and he is displayed on their website as service manager which was what he had just bumped up to positron of last time I dealt with him trying to get my issue finished. I thought I'd call the company and check on the status myself and was told they had no record of my tires being sent in for warranty claim. So, all I can guess is that he never sent them in as he should and told me he would and that's why he never has gotten back to me since to let me know. Very poor business practice that not one person will take charge and solve the issue or apologize for the mistake and try to make it right with me. This small unresolved issue and the deception from the individual that replied back to my BBB complaint is not good at all for a company to maintain a consumer business relationship and so far with me and every one I know or asks this issue has ceased all future business with the company as long as issue stays in unresolved status without any contact with me to change my issue from unresolved to resolved.
