Highly recommend never renting from. Especially if youre a military family, theyre a trash company, the owner is the most rude person Ive ever dealt with. Theyll charge you for random things without pictures to back up the so called damage. Ive always gotten 90% of my security deposit back, and they kept half of it. If I could give no stars I would. They even tried to get away with charging us for pest control when the invoice was left on the counter. We submitted work orders over and over and the issue still wasnt fixed, we had to deal with a broken front door for months due to them not sending anyone out to fix it. If youre going to be moving out state, after renting from them I highly suggest finding another company, they know that youll be moving out of state and more than likely wont have the time to *** them for wrongly withholding the deposit.

If I could give no stars I would. From the moment we moved in last year we had a problem with the property manager **********************************. She was very nice when we inquired and signed our lease, but after moving in is when the problems started. I would reach out to her about issues she would say well it wasnt like this or that. I would put in maintenance requests and inquire most of the times she wouldnt even pick up or send me straight to voicemail. When there was an emergency maintenance request her number is the one you have to call. Our toilets backed up twice and the first time it happened the plumbers said hes come out to the property numerous times for the same thing. Last time which was last week. She said they would be out first thing in the morning, but they never came and I called Eleonora and asked if she had an ETA on their arrival and she literally started yelling at me saying every time I put in a maintenance request I never answer and shes referring to a maintenance request we put in because the refrigerator stopped making ice so my husband and I paid for an appliance repairer to come out and fix it. Back to last week when she said I never answered to the plumbers she literally started yelling saying theyve been trying to call me all morning and Im not answering! I told her my phone is always on me and no one has called so she hangs up then A Z plumbing calls me and tells me they received my maintenance request so I asked them if theyve tried calling me all morning the woman said no so I said ok we finished and hung up then JD plumbing calls me and says they received my maintenance request and the Lady was named ***** so I asked her if she had been trying to call me all morning and she said Yes but the property manager Eleonora gave her the wrong number. If you have a maintenance request they take forever to fill the requests or cancel them. The office is never open. They never answer the phone. If you have a problem they think its your fault.
