      I took my car in to get looked at around the end of August . They told me that my engine was bad and need to get replaced . I said okay , fix it and anything else you find on the way Ill get fixed as well . They found a couple more things so made my total to be about 10k from making payments to them weekly and making payments on rental cars for 6 ************** fees I got my car back December 29th still have around 280 to pay and he said I can make a promise to pay for my next check on the 12th . I drive my car one day to work in Austin ******* 3rd and back my car shuts down in the middle of the highway in ******* at 10 at night . I get my car to a safe place to leave till tomorrow so I can let ***** know my car is still messed up after just one day . I walk in the office the next morning , to let them know about my car . First thing he says is do I have my payment for the 280 when I already agreed to pay it on the 12th . He get mad that I dont have the payment and starts cussing saying if it isnt something that did Im have to pay for the tow and whatever is messed up . I asked about my 1 year warranty he told me its only a 90 day labor warranty and it started from the time he received the engine. I proceeded to ask why would the warrenty be for just the shop and not the person driving the car . He proceeds to tell me idk what Im talking about Im making up stuff , this is a business and all that . But your a business but you cussing you customer out who just paid 11k for my car to get fixed and it breaks down in one day of me driving it . And you telling me I dont have a warrenty and ima have to pay for more fees and etc . When I have the paper work stating I have a warrenty and I have paperwork for everything done on my car . I would like my money back and the humiliation of him cussing me out in front of his employees. My friend recommended me to him and hes disappointed. I missed work and now Im out of a car again . After not having one for 6 months .

      The customer was advised that if the problem was something pertaining to what was done to vehicle that it would be cover. Now he was also told that if it was a different problem that he would have to pay for diagnosis and the tow. Customer was also advised on his outstanding balance on invoice. Customer seems to only understand what they want. Technically we could had put a mechanics lien on the vehicle because he did not pay when we had agreed upon. Customer humiliated himself when he walked out of the office and yelled that he was taking his vehicle somewhere else.
