I went in for an alignment. I made a reservation a couple behind. They made my car go straight as an arrow. I would recommend them!

Wow these people are really great at what they do the work they put in on my terrain was just the best hands down. I went and got the ac repaired just perfect new wiring n a compressor fair price. I almost wanted to call n tell them yall got it to cold in here lol overall great job think Im going to take my truck to get a ac recharge because wife truck colder then mine now ?? and ** the ladys at the front desk are so amazing yall really rock 5 stars n thank you for your service and also for your service happy Memorial Day??Review from Latoya S

I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle today 03/23/2024 and the shop was closed their business hours are on the door close at 4:30 I got there a bit before 3. Sat there for a minute even check the door lights off garages closed. I spoke with a staff member and told her Id be there today and she responded ok. No word or an early closing. She mentioned if I left it there sitting for too long it could result in lot fees and my car having a lean on it. But they are closed today. I dont understand.Phil's Service Response

We are sorry for this miss understanding It appears We didn't put the emergency hour change on our door. One of our employees had to leave early and, it would have been unsafe to work with out a sufficient number. No worries! We will not charge you any storage fees. Because of your inconvenience. We will be happy to give you $25 off on your next visit.

I went there today with a 8am appointment to change my catalytic converter. but instead when they took it to the back, they did a full diagnostic and came back to me and told me everything thats wrong with my car. I had just spoke with the lady and told me that I wasnt gonna need no diagnostic that they would just change the catalytic converter. No problem. Then they told me they couldnt change the catalytic converter with the one that I had that was gonna cost me $2000 to get it done and then Ill be done in about five days, I said OK Ill come back at five days and get it done so can I have my car they told me I had a bill for $177 and they didnt do anything to my car so they scammed me out of $177 I went to another place right after there and got it replaced with the catalytic converter that I bought with no issues only 270 bucks so they scamming people out of money left or right so be carefulPhil's Service Response

Tell the truth!!! You brought us the wrong part!!!! "***, explained this to you but, you just don't get it." You asked for us to install a part which you brought in to us, It wouldn't work!!! IT WAS THE WRONG PART!!! After pulling your exhaust system apart so we could place the part you asked us to install it was discovered, you furnished us with the wrong part and it would not work properly, had we installed it. NOT THE WAY WE WORK!
*** explained to you, we could get you the right part, but you refused. It is not our fault you brought us the wrong part! Instructed us to install it. We spent 3 hours taking apart the exhaust and re-installing. DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD OF DONE THIS FOR FREE? If you gave us the right part to begin with
If some other shop installed the same part we were given by you "which I don't believe they did," IT WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY, and just see if they warranty the ************ you start having problems with it again.
I'm asking any reader of this review, who is the real scammer.

Had to go back 3 times for them to get it right. They broke my FOB, and said it was like that. I got charged for a diagnostic that they didn't need to do because I told them exactly what was wrong. Then between my wife and I, we spent over approximately 16 hours in the waiting room. No QC or They would have got it right the First time. Will not return.Review from James S

I took my Jeep Liberty to ****'s for brakes. They did a detailed inspection of my Jeep and gave me a report with pictures of my problem areas and recommendations. I knew I needed the new shock and struts, also. And it showed up on the report. I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced, and shocks and struts replaced. The staff were very kind and professional, not pushy. I would highly recommend this business to others.
