In late 2021 I entered into a 1 yr contract, but it wasnt for me. None-the-less since I entered into a yr agreement & faithfully had the funds automatically drafted from my acct. In Aug of 2022, I called Title to verify when my contract was up and how to go about canceling my contract as I wouldnt want any auto renewals. The rep that spoke to me informed me that my contract was up in Sept and I had to fill out a doc in order to cancel. She stated that I would be texted a link to said doc to fill out. Later that day I failed to receive the link, I called repeatedly during that week and spoke to several different individuals.. all of which gave me varying reasons as to why I had yet to receive the link.. and all promising that they would send me the form. I continued to call & inquire and was ignored. It was already Sept and I figured my yr was up, payments have been made and still no form. I proceeded to lock my card to avoid new charges under an auto renewed contract. Once the facility was unable to process a payment they then sent me the cancelation form.. on Sept 27th. I filled out the doc Oct 1st and cancelled my contract. I then began to receive texts that I had delinquent payments with Title. At first I ignored them bc I figured it was an error. In Nov I called *************************** informed me that they never received the cancelation document and that I also had to pay $199 additional for the final payment. The rep insisted if I payed the $199 and filled out the form while on the phone with her I would be done & paid in full. I completed the task, paid & filled out the form yet again. Today I received a call from the facility charging me 2 more months and threatening to send me to collections if I fail to pay. They stated they will continue to charge me monthly.. even though I do not have a contract until the matter is resolved. If I cancelled my contract, paid what was necessary to close out everything, how can they continue to charge me and threaten my credit???

*************************** signed a year agreement with us in Oct 2021 in which her contract ends Oct *********************************** Sept 2022. I contacted ********* Sept 16 to confirm her cancel and at that time she was past due (*****) i reached out to her and she responded sept ************************************ exchange to unlocking her card so we can charge the last payment of her contract plus late fees. The form was sent Sept 28. We ran the card the next morning only because she sent that message the night before and the facility was already closed. Her card declined several times. We reached out a few times with text and Voicemail (was not set up). At this time her account is still open and it goes into a month to month until she cancels properly. Our system ran her account nov 1st in which it did go through. But her cancel form was not received til nov 12 which was her next due date, causing her to have another payment due with late fees because it is now DEC. We have all the documents to prove dates, due to her information on the documents, we are unable to attached it.

I am rejecting this response because I already received a call from the general manager and the matter was settled. He provided me a cancelation of contract email and did state that I would not be charged anything further.

      Regards,
