      I hired this company to clean my carpets called bluesteem carpet and floor care because I moved and wanted to put that house up for sale. I wanted the carpets to be clean for the buyers. This company had to go to the house three times and they still didn't do a good job. their work and they damaged my carpets to the point where I had to buy some carpets the first time they came I called again because they left stains on the carpet the second time they came they put so much water on the carpets that the smell was even horrible When I opened all the windows in the house to dry and filter the air, I called them again and told them that they wet the carpets too much and left that horrible musty smell and humidity can cause mold, so they came for the third time. and they tried to put a smell on it but it didn't work because the carpets were already damaged so I tried to contact them to get my money back but they didn't answer me anymore I even sent them a text message I just wanted clean carpets and I ended up spending more because I had I have to buy new ones. I also ask that you please pay me the money I had to spend on the carpets that they damaged.

      We consider this issue to be closed. Upon arrival It was determined that the carpet needed the enzyme treatment in order to remove pet urine odor. The customer was informed of this and given the option to pay for the additional services. The customers also informed that not performing these services could result in the odor, returning or remaining, this was based on the condition of the carpet. During the course of the cleaning through a miscommunication, one of the areas designated to be cleaned was omitted. After cleaning the customer called and indicated that there was an odor. Since the customer was displeased, we returned and cleaned all the areas again applying the required enzyme treatment. These additional charges are still unpaid the amount to $97.41. We considered this issue to be closed, as there are yet unpaid charges, and only paid for the services initially performed Which there were informed may be an adequate to resolve their issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      That its a lie and im surprise that a company that should be serious lie like that i paid for my first service then because you guys damaged my carpet, they offered to perform a second service, even with a smell product that did not solve anything because the carpet was already so wet, the stench was wet and rotten and my carpet was not even clean, it had stains everywhere. i had to spend money bying new carpets because your company damanges mine.
