      In 2021, I attempted to end my gym membership. Crunch was automatically charging my credit card. Even when the gym was closed dye to the pandemic. I also signed up for a personal trainer who never showed up. I was told by ***** the manager that they will kept track and save my sessions for later. When I asked for another reliable trainer I was ignored but taking 430 a month in addition to my gym membership was never a problem. Even after the 3 months commitment was over. I was told to go in to the gym to cancel. Wel. I went three times and ***** refused to acknowledge my cancelation. The other employees tried to help me matter of fact the other manager on-site tried to help me but the manager refused. I attempted to reach out to corporate via email and phone but due to the pandemic no one answered me. I even called a gym in Manhattan,******** for help. They told me because of the pandemic no one is at work. I feel that crunch has no right to any money. We don't have a contract so I can end anytime that is in their policy. All I need to do is write a hand written note and I did that 3 times. Now crunch is on my credit report and I want them off. Also a reimbursement of my funds because I was never given the services I asked for personal training. Also any additional money that crunch received after August 2021.

      I canceled my membership to crunch fitness on June 29th 2022. I also had purchased Personal training. When I canceled the membership via phone, I asked if the cancelation included personal trainer and was told no, I would have to contact the trainer and tell them which I did via text. 2 months ago I noticed they are still charging me $75 bi- monthly on my credit card. I called immediately, spoke to the personal trainer manager and was told my card would no longer be charged and would receive a refund. A month later my statement showed 2 more charges for $75 each. I called again and spoke to a different manager who also told me my card would no longer be charged and I would receive a refund for at least the amount from the last 2 charges since I was told the card would no longer be charged. The manager then over the course of the week became hostile over the phone and said I did not cancel. Since he was stating now he did not agree to refund, I decided best to do it via email which he has refused to respond to. I have been charged successfully 1 more time and my card declined today due to them over drafting my card with fraudulent charges. I have reached out to them once again via email, but feel it will go unanswered. Please help me receive the refund of $450.00 in fraudulent charges and to get them to STOP charging my card. Even if I wanted to use the personal training, I couldn't due to NOT HAVING A MEMBERSHIP AT THE GYM.Since most conversations were via phone, the only contact proof I have is 1 email he did not respond to, which is attached as well as my card statement
