For the most part, his work is pretty good, but there are a few areas where he got sloppy. He also took some shortcuts with materials. Just a few days after job completion, I noticed a couple of doors sticking that had no strike plates. I texted and was told he was on a job that would last 6 weeks, but nothing was said about scheduling him to complete the job. When I pressed, I got no response. A few days later, I found a third door sticking with no strike plate. One month later, he still hadn't done anything about the doors, so I texted to ask about a scheduling date and advise that a used roll of fiberglass was left in my closet and I needed it removed. (Used paint cans were also left in the closet.) No response by text or by phone. I'm over 70, disabled and widowed. He was paid very well for this job, but he evidently doesn't want anything to do with finishing the work he started, especially since there's no more money in it for him. That tells me his 5-year warranty is BUNK. The only way I might get compensation, if I have a major problem, would be to take him to court. I will have to pay someone else to fix my doors and remove the insulation, but I hope everyone who reads this review will take heed of his practices. I wish I had read the complaints against him before I hired him. Note: He also has a BBB decal on his truck even though he is NOT accredited by the BBB. He said he was a member for one year. He is no longer a member, but BBB decals remain on his truck. This is very misleading and, in my opinion, unethical.
