      If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is a quantity not quality type of business. I am concerned for my two daughters ***** to include mine. Two of us are asthmatic and I am also immuno suppressed. I brought my 19 Silverado into have the rear glass diagnosed. There is a leak which has intruded into the cabin. This is cause for concern due to mold etc harboring leading to health concerns. Estate, I have contacted GM who states its not their problem because each dealership are privately owned. The dealership states its not their problem because its not under warranty and its a corporate issue because of defects. Both entities do not know whose problem it is which is concern for the health of my family and my finances. The resolution was a reseal which I have paid for and now the glass is not leveled leaving portions of the sealant exposed. Im not a rocket scientist but exposure to austere or direct sunlight will expedite the life of the sealant. I ask that my concern amongst many others get an answer from gm or the dealership. There should be no reason one should have to pay for a faulty part from the manufacturer.

      This dealership advertises some of the lowest prices online. Made the 1 1/2 trip to Killeen to buy a new Silverado to find out that they add $4,000 in accessory charges to every vehicle in their stock. Things like tinted windows, fabric and carpet protection, etc. These charges they do not disclose these on their website. So when you arrive ready to pay their advertised price they inform you that the price is actually $4,000 more. They would not negotiate this charge. They even went so far as to say that they are not allowed by law to show this addendum online. This is a false claim. Plenty of dealers indicate theyre addendums online. Buyer beware! This dealership has no problem doing the old bait and switch. Dont reward them by giving them your business.

      Worst ***** dealership I've gone to. Never had I received such poor service after owning my Silverado 10 years and my wife's ******** for 3. When you make a mistake companies bill/charge you... but if the company makes a mistake and it cost you $ they do nothing. ****** in service should learn to be in customer service and the ***** the ** Director just made excuses and blames the customer for not knowing how they conduct bad business. Another company that just doesnt care. This dealership screwed me over and they basically laughed at me. I will make sure no one in my family or friends steps foot on this dealership ever.

      Purchased a 2014 Mustang GT. When I purchased the vehicle it had not been serviced. They ordered the wrong set of new tires and had to reorder new ones so I was not able to get the car until two weeks after I bought it. During this period they would not give me any information on what needed to be done to the car, only that it wasn't done. I also could barely find anyone willing to give me updates on my vehicle and kept being told they would call me back but I would never receive a call. Soon after I finally received the vehicle I realized there was an issue with a front rear hub and the rear differential. I ended up taking the car to a different Lithia dealership where it took them 4 weeks to get a new differential shipped from **********. They also found an issue with the rear mounting brace for the differential which the original dealership should have easily caught. My compressor then seized up shortly after and at this point Lithia and the dealership refused to cover it because the warranty period was over, even though the car was in the shop for around half that time. If you buy a car from this dealership either one or have a third party mechanic give you a full assessment of the vehicle before purchasing.

      I would zero stars if I could I purchased an **** Explorer 2017 in feb 2022 with a trade in **** Fusion 15 PERFECT CONDITION I was currently pregnant on my third child and needed a bigger vehicle I am now 3 months with the vehicle and it completely just shut off on me while driving no warning lights nothing car was good they when called dealer ship they basically charging me 170 for it to even be looked at I took it to several other automotive shops paying out of pocket to get same answers from everyone its an computer issue and I need to call my dealership im already pay ************************************************************************************************************************************************ at all with nothing just charging me ridiculous prices just to look at it and Im a customer ! Other places charged me more reasonable prices they do not care about helping they customers at all just care about the money took my working car and sold me c*** seeing that I was desperate for a bigger vehicle

      The total process was a disappointment they did not complete the job or attempt to correct the problem when I contacted them they responded with all caps text as if I was wrong for checking on my vehicle and I believe that is why they intentionally did nothing to resolve this problem my vehicle is worst than when I took it Im still in it to find how to get my money back or have another business be paid to fix a problem they created I tried to go up the chain of command with them with no success

      Ive been talking with ***** About 2022 **** series pick up I gave my credit over the Internet for one time to try to get me approved but the truck was not even there to try 04 09 21 2022 ***** the sales person gave me so much running around he had to take his kid at the doctor he was busy working on other deals with another people and the manager called me and told me what can you do for me I told him why did you run my credit so many times my credit is down to about 60 or 70 points down thats all the way to do it I said and I called today on the 4-22-22 I was trying to get in touch with the manager and ask him what how many time did you do it well we had to ***** said to try to get you the truck before it comes in three weeks and I told $10000 deposit to hold How the truck Already for a ****** report on him now Im reporting to the Better Business Bureau and I want to report to Gm report meet so many times now my credit card down
