  I saw a CPO Forester listed for $23K on 10/23 Saturday, called and spoke to ******* and asked if they'd be willing to do $23K out the door. He said he'd have to check and get back to me. He called me back a few minutes later and said the lowest they could go is $23K plus ttl. I asked for a purchase order to forward to my bank. He never sent it.Called back this morning (10/*********) spoke to ****, and asked for the purchase order again. He said he'll send it to me shortly. A few minutes later ******* called me and said the reason he didn't send me the purchase order was to wait for his GM to ask him about it. (?) He said the price was apparently wrong and it had to be $26K. and he didn't call me back bc he had written down my number wrong. I said "But you already double-checked the price on Saturday and called me back. So you knew the lowest possible price, and you knew my phone number." He said he wrote it on a post it and lost it.

  Sold me a truck in My Key Mode where your volume is limited and speed is limited. Promised to get another key so we could reset that feature but never did. I had to buy one and make them cut and program it. Even after I personally had to remove that my key mode. Been to many dealerships shopping for a *********** always moved on cause of the cold start timing chain rattle. Cleo Bay Subaru kept the truck in the back to hide this obvious issue the truck needed as far as repairs. I mentioned it multiple times how important it was that it wasn't in any need of repairs cause we just had a baby. They assured me it was reliable. They also stated all their used vehicles goes through a multi-point inspection to ensure quality but this simply can't be true cause when an Ecoboost engines timing chain is needing replacement it will rattle violently upon cold start. You can not miss it visually and especially can't miss it by the sound.They deliberately kept this truck off the lot to hide it's problems it has that needed immediate repairs and lied about it going through through their multi-point inspection process cause if true they wouldn't have sold without making it road worthy. I'm a combat veteran who watched my battles and best friends die for this country. I signed my life away to protect this country. I volunteered just so that these con artists could live their lives without fear and this is what I receive in return. It's sad and not what I deserved. I want my truck repaired or my truck bought back at what my payoff is
