************** was hired to do the following work on my house. He showed up with no materials, he did not replace the roof as stated, he did not fix the sheetrock. My home leaks water when it rains. Since March, when he was hired, he has not finished his job. He continues to tell me and my daughter that he will show up on days and never does, nor does he call. I paid him $1400 and my house still leaks water, the sheetrock is not fixed, and the restroom was done very sloppy. I am requesting a refund, since he continues to lie about showing up. There was one occasion when he showed up and left his workers there that did not know what they were doing, another occasion when I asked him to leave becasue he had his 6 year old son on the top of my roof. I was afraid he was going to fall. He scheduled another time with my son who lives in ****** to meet him at the house. ******* showed up with no materials, told my son he would be back. Never showed up, my son wasted his whole day waiting on him. ******* had tole me next time dont' tell my son. He never finished his work as stated and he continues to lie about coming back. When it rains my roof leaks, I almost fell from all the water. He did not replace the roof as stated, the sheet rock on the wall water still seeps through it. I can't live comfortable in my own house it has been since ***** and ******* continues to lie about showing up and told my daughter he can show up when he wants that he doesn't have to tell us anything. Please assist me with this issue, I am on a fixed income and I paid him cash and now he won't finish his job. I need a refund so I can find someone more reliable and honest that does their job correctly. Please assist me. Thank you.
