My storage unit was mysteriously unlocked @ items were stolen. I was told to file a claim with my insurance. My items were secured but somehow the lock was removed. Ive seen these same complaints from others about the same company.Initial Complaint

I purchase a storage unit with this company, on the phone and made the reservation to move in on the 25 th of June 2022. She gave me the unit number 127-BA. When arrived in the moving truck there was no unit 127 BA. It was no unit period, The next number was ********************************************* boat no covering just a lot.. I was upset and afraid pressing for time to leave the state, thinking I've plan a easy transition for moving.I called them and told them with my witnesses the movers what happen. The customer service rep was surprised there was no unit and she said ill have to notate this and place you in another unit BA 209. I accepted I had no choice on timeline to finished and then go. leave the state. I was surprise with disappointment when I open the storage door, it was a 10x20 the floor was dirt, gravel not concrete,something like a stable for an animal, the loaft had a open were some one could climb ** in another unit and steal no protection, If it rain and its a dirt flooring all my things like new mattrews 2 queen and full size , with plastic wraps and my cloths my washer, dryer, sectionals ,my sterero system Im renting to own over ******* . I have a threebed room of furniture my jewery, gold , my wigs ,cloths business paper, shoes,purses,hats. ******* drawers, 3dressers 1 60-inch HDTV, (2) 32-inch flat tv. Brand new *** more washer and dryer set.I purchase insurance with contract name Badger for protection they offer it with the storage unit contract. I completed signed it, and submit it back to them online. Today I called them to ask questions about coverage if ants and snakes are in my things, Rep claims inquiry ***** Nick ***** transferred to sup ********* voice mail left ******************************* they owe **** called today as to I told the customer rep on the phone if I knew it was like this I would have never used this company this false pretense /fraud, they never told me it was like this !.signed contract however
