I bought a car a year ago with my boyfriend as a cosigner. Not even a month passed and the car started overheating, so we put it in the shop with our warranty. Put it in the shop over 10 times for the same issue and had many loaners because of it. This isn't the first time they've done this now that I'm looking at the reviews. This is a fraudulent company trying to sell blown up cars and get away with it. I've spoken to ****************** and even they told me to get out of the loan. It's extremely dangerous for me and the general public at this point to be driving cars like this. I've spoken to him several times about a payoff and getting a new car and he's blown me off but I have my boyfriend on a recording that states he would get us into a new car if we had the same problem and we did and he hasn't contacted since. I have had to go to court twice for expired tags after I've asked for updated tags several times. These people are crooks and the whole business should be shut down I've attached just a handful of recent reviews where they're doing the same thing to other people. I have pictures of the coolant going everywhere due to it overheating and ***** tried to say he drove it multiple times and it never overheated. Him saying he drove it was 100% a lie I have attached photos of the tire pressure after ***** allegedly "drove it". The tire pressure was in the 20s which is not normal and is consistent with the car sitting. I talked to the owner and he just apologized. An apology doesn't help me at this point 20,000$ with a 29% interest rate sitting at 490$ a month for a car that overheats and has a cracked engine head. I took the car to alpha one ***** in rockdale, ** they said it was the water pump and then replaced it and it still had an overheating problem so i brought it back and they stated that after further ispection it was a cracked engine head or blown head gasket. Even when I asked ***** if he would wanna pay 20 grand for a car that doesn't work he said no.

September 20th of this year I financed a vehicle through Performance motors in *******, *****. The sales manager **** showed me a *********************************************************************** it. The vehicle appeared to be in great condition. A month letter as Im returning home from work. The engine started to overheat. I pulled the vehicle over and parked it. I preceded to try to call a tow truck. However I wasn't able to contact one until much later in the day. After finally having the vehicle towed to a **** dealership. I called to inform the dealer I financed the vehicle from and describe what had occurred with the vehicle. I asked them very politely if there was any mechanical malfunctions on the vehicle. I couldn't get an exact answer because the sales representative wanted to cut me off. I was told to go through ************ which the vehicle is covered under. Now I'm being told by the warranty company I'm responsible for diagnostics done on the vehicle even though their policy clearly states they will pay for the diagnostics done on the vehicle The vehicle was towed into the shop Monday afternoon sometime. I've called the shop and was told they were still waiting on a decision to be made by GWC. It's now day 5 and I'm left without a vehicle. The dealership I financed is giving me a run around on getting a loner vehicle while mine is being repaired in the shop.I currently work out of town so now I'm left with no means of transportation because Performance motors didn't disclose any information like a Carfax history or if there was any defects in the vehicle.

i message them for a post about a ********** pulled a hard credit report on me and my moms account to get approved for a vehicle. the man i was speaking to told me he would keep me updated and to complete applications for this car. i hadnt heard anything from them, NO updates on someone else was going to purchase the car, until i randomly got a message that it was sold AFTER they pulled a hard credit check on me and my mothers credit. im very mad at the fact that no one told me that it was in the process of being sold or even gave me the option for something else. they completely disregarded that i was the first in line and the man i spoke to told ME that i was the first & he would take care of me. i want this off my credit report AND my mothers credit report. im not happy with the service they provided. i gave them all of my personal information for them to just sell it without any updates

Yes we did pull credit. In order to purchase a vehicle you must be able to get approved. We pulled credit and were unable to get approved. We cannot do anything about that.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand in order to purchase a vehicle you have to pull credit but NO ONE told me that i was denied. No one called me to tell me any information after i had my co-signer fill an application. I waited all day to be told any information on regarding the purchase i wanted to make and no one told me anything for HOURS, until someone just randomly texted me someone else bought the vehicle. I think thats wrong of yall to not give me any information or update me about the approval or denial from my credit. This is no way to treat someone whos trying to purchase a vehicle and such a waste of time. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

      Regards,
