i took my car in to the business because it had been there a while and i thought they would take care of a simple problem i had with my rear view mirror falling down off my windshield on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The guy at Affiliated glass said would be no problem gluing rear view mirror back on my windshield which was in perfect condition. Me and my son went in waiting room . A very short while the guy came in and said he was sorry that he failed to get the rear view mirror attached to windshield and in pushing so hard to get the mirror to stick on wind shield he cracked the wind shield badly. the owners said they could sell me a tnew windshield.I had to have my windshield completely replaced at my cost and rearview mirror put back on and it cost me ******. That was bad buisness. i trusted this company. so my advise think hard before using this so called "glass company" I used another glass company to replace my mirror and windshield. I used Safelite Glass.

On September 21, 2021 ******************* came into our office needing assistance with her rear view mirror on her 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it fell off it had pulled glass with it so there were chunks of glass on the mirror tab. I told her we could not guarentee that it would work because we wouldn't be able to glue it back in the same spot. She said that was fine so our tech proceeded to glue it back on her windshield. After gluing her mirror back on she did not like the way it looked so she asked if we could put in a new windshield in her car. She had asked if her insurance would cover it and i told her she could call and check to see and it was worth a try. Once she finished the call they told her that her deductible was too high she would need to pay out of pocket. I told her we could install that glass for her for $195.00 which is $85 less than what we would do a job on that particular vehicle for, She seemed very happy with that price. We did everything we could to help her and give as many discounts as possible for the replacement. She agreed to our price and gave us the ok to order and came back the next morning and we installed her new windshield and attached her mirror to the windshield. When ******************* left she seemed very happy and this is the first we have heard from her since leaving our office.
As far as the safelite and the $360 we have no idea where that came from.
i have attached a copy of the credit card receipt showing how much she had paid the day of service and that it was done here and not Safelite Auto Glass
