09/23/23 ordered vent visors $79.56 paid overnight shipping $28.45 total ******. Took product to my dealership where purchased vehicle, they went to install them cut their fingers on the jagged edges. Advised seller they requested picture sent picture, was advised i had to pay shipping back to them for them to look them over even after sending picture for proof they are defective, they are giving me the run around on trying to return these,Business response

Attached, find corresondence between ourselves and ******************* We have agreed to refund him shipping and parts if the manufactures deems them defective. ***************** has failed to return items in order for us to return to manufacturer. We did receive his photos, however the actual parts are needed in order to resolve his complaint. (this is required by OEM)

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received a label for shipping items back, and at first you wanted a picture of them . For the return, that was sent. I had an appointment at a local dealership for installation the personnel from that dealership opened them up cut themselves on the visors due to the edges being all jagged. This should be enough to return them, I'm not putting something on my car that has jagged edges. Once I get a return label I will send them back

We have stated we would refund you fully, parts and shipping if the manufacturer deems them defective in addition, the re-stocking fee would not be charged. You would be responsible for the return. Once it is deemed defective, then we can also refund the return shipping.

I bought a truck at Sames Nissan in January 2019. I left South Texas in July 2022. I have received at least 20 calls/texts in the last four years about buying a new vehicle/trade in. Each time, I tell them No. Please remove my phone number from your callers list. I am always reassured that my number will be removed. Today, I received a text message from ******************************* informing me about a March Madness deal. I confirmed by asking her if she works for Sames Kingsville and she responded with Yes. The snapshot of the text thread will be below. I didnt ask to participate in random phone calls or text messages from this company. This is harassment. Plain and simple. I am asking this company to finally remove my number.Business response

1st a car salesman convinced us to just let our car go to get the payment down on another car. He said it wouldnt **** our credit at all and that he has a lot of clients do it. Then he didnt have us complete the proper paper work and did nit contact the lien holder to let them know. 2nd we completed paperwork to cancel an extended warranty and gap and they lost it twice. All we wanted was for them to make things right and they just wiped their hands clean of us. Now of course we have a repo on our credit report and are unable to do anything about it.Business response

Sames Kingsville has sold this customer a vehicle. We do not advise anyone to voluntary surrender a unit, however we do accept and store them for bank institutions to pick up. We cannot complete any documents for these transactions as we are not the lien holders. This occurrence was in 2019 and since then, the customer purchased in 2021. ********************************************* in good faith assisted his wants and needs. I am rejecting this response because:the salesman Rik at the Nissan side specifically told us that he had a lot of customers do this. He said to let it sit at the dealership for a month then he would call for them to come and get it. He did not. We started getting calls about it. We spoke to the owner and she asked if we had filled out any paperwork about letting it go to which we told her that we were never told about any paperwork. So we completed the paperwork and Nissan finally picked it up. Now it shows in our credit as a repo. When speaking to a person from a neighboring dealership they said he had been fired from there and another dealership for doing the same thing. We have asked them multiple times to make it right and they have not. Yes we bougjt another vehicle from them thinking they would make things right. They need to so whatever it takes to get this off of our credit report. Own up to shady salesmen.
