I recently took my car to Vic's Tires in **********, ***** to get my head gasket replaced which is a major job - the amount that I spent was $1,986.00. I picked up the car on Dec. 22. I know this because Vic did tell me that there was a very strong vibration when you were idling the car, but it seemed to work its way out. I drove the car, but honestly I don't know that much about mechanics and I knew it didn't feel right. I asked *******************, my maintenance engineer to take it for a cruise and he felt the same way. So much so that he had diagnostics run which claimed the timing was off. I did wait. (Holidays were going on). I didn't drive the car that much, but on Jan. 3rd when coming to work - there was a message on my dashboard that said ******* Pressure - stop engine. So, I called Vic's and he told me to take it back and now claimed the coolant was leaking into the coolant causing the same issue. I was told this morning by another mechanic that the same problem that I almost spent $2000 for is still causing my car damage. I want Vic from Vic's tire repair to give me my money back. This is so ridiculous.
