      The company delivered all of my things and had me sign after delivery for a specific rate. A week after delivery they had a company called Unigroup come after me for an additional ***** dollars and claim it was because I need a separate container for my couch. No one mentioned this at any time even after delivery. It's important to mention that the movers damaged our 2k bike and a large TV and the company will not complete our claim until we pay the extra fee the added later.2 other families used them and arrived later. The same thing happened to them. It appears no matter what they find a way to charge you more so they can recoup the fees from the things they break.

      This is the worst business deal that I have ever made. I regretted deeply to use this ******************************* company based on *******, **. The salesman/broker named ******************* told us that they would have have had any issues to meet our delivery date of 01/02 since there would be a lot of trucks going that way. I dropped all other moving companies and made a deal with United Van. Oh my goodness, I made such a huge mistake. They took my stuff, put in their warehouse so we could not back out and when I asked the office, the helpdesk girl named ***** and the manager lady named ****** could not tell me WHEN exactly my stuff would be delivered. After asking many times in many days, ****** told me that my stuff would come on 01/08 - A WEEK late. My boyfriend had to work on that day so I was by myself dealing with the move while working too. It was horrible and they did not feel sorry about it. They were running around, hiding the truth and the broker ***** would not talk to me anymore after breaking his promise. I wish that I did not do any business with this United Van Lines company. I will make sure that I will tell all the people that I know about this bad business so they don't have to make the same mistake as I did.

      They only brought 80% of my things to me. Moved from ****** to ***** December 2022.Things that were delivered some broken.Many of my things were cherished, never replaceable. I contacted United, many times, same story, same shuffling from one person to another. No one would call me back.I cannot believe a company would do this. I paid almost $26,000. For 2 homes, my sons and mine. What a terrible experience. At 72 I am too old to fight anymore. This whole ordeal has broken me.

      The worst moving company ever!! They are clearly trying to hide reviews based on their bad business. I was owed money for not having my things in storage over a certain time. I was told I would get $200 back and I never received it? Also they damaged my very expensive vanity and didnt want to rapair because they said it was electrical issue but they took it apart. I was missing 12 light bulbs and was offered $200 when I paid over $2,000 for it. I also have proof of purchase. Also the denied my claim and the communication was horrible. I will never ever refer this. Ompnay to anyone. I paid over $10,000 for my move and this is the thanks I get!!

      (Really a ******************** DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned. The worst company you will ever deal with and will cost you tons of money and headaches. Oh yeah good luck trying to get your stuff onetime. We booked with this company in February for a June 2022 move. We were told our stuff would be delivered between June 1st-June 8th. All those dates passed and our stuff didn't event leave the state until 06/20. During this time we were staying in hotels due to the fact all our stuff was on a truck someone where in the middle of the country and nobody could tell us where our items were.They set you up with a dashboard, but do not count on that because it will never get updated and the tracking #s are not even associated with anything about the move. The coordinator and everyone in that company does not know how to provide solutions or take accountability for anything. We spent thousands of dollars just trying to survive for a month and their response was this is not our problem because it was not in the contract. We asked to be compensated for the issues they caused, but nobody is reaching out or even acknowledging the problem.Communication is a hot mess too, if you are in a bind like we were good luck trying to get ahold of anything. The left does not know what the right is doing and their is poor documentation of any incident. This is a coward company and stay far away from ever booking with them ! The problem company ..       We were given a contract for a move last summer and United charged more than what was on the contract with no explanation of additional charges. We have been disputing charges for over 6 months with no clarification from United. Not only was our move painful with many delays and poor service they have over charged us. Charged us for storage when the goods were delivered 8 days past the delivery date. Sent two people to pack up a 3 bedroom apartment estimated 2 hours of packing when it took over 10 hours. This move was a disaster since the onset. There was over 2 weeks when United couldn't even tell us where our belongings were. We have contacted United several times to get an explanation of charges. No one from United has ever contacted us to give clarification. We have been disputing with our credit card to get to a resolution.
