I was given a verbal review by Mr. Lungsford to change out an electrical box, run two new lines in attic and change out wall plug in utility room. Mr. Lungsford gave me a quote and shook hands on $3150.00 I asked for a written estimate which he said he would write up and give to me. This never happened. Mr. Lungsford came out and changed out the electrical box and when he completed that he said he was thru with the job. I asked him if he wasn't going to change out the 2 lines in the attic and he said that it didn't need it and when asked about the wall plug he wanted to charge me an extra $200.00 stating he was putting his life on the line to do that. I again asked for the written estimate and a written itimized statement. He stated that they do not do that anymore. I told him this is what I want but he never provided it. The itimized statement lets me know the cost of all the items purchased as well as time and labor costs. Mr. Lungsford quit talking to me and started talking to my Wife and Daughter. We ended up having to pay $3350.00. Still having trouble with electrical tripping and hard to get into electrical box because hard to open and shut. Wasn't put up right. I feel he owes me in return $1350.00 for work not done that was verbally agreed upon on regarding the two lines which he would change out and didn't and charging of $200.00 extra for changing out 20 amp wall plug which was suppose to be included in the verbal agreement. This man can't be trusted and his word and handshake means nothing. He was referred by a member of our church but I would not recommend him to anyone. He also became a real smart mouth when I was trying to get the statements requested numerous times. I am Elderly and I feel he completely took advantage of me and the situation because this was an emergency situation. He told me that if the work wasn't done right away it could of burned the house done so this was why I went ahead with the job. I trusted him,
