I started working with Tellet Marketing & Advertising Firm in September 2023. We had multiple strategy planning sessions for two separate companies with which I am affiliated. We paid a total of $474.76 for one company, and $4287.16 for the other. The larger amount was for a contract. Tellet promised social media management and ****** profile development. The contract stated Tellet would provide a minimum of three actions per week on social media, in a combination of posts and stories. In addition to those actions, one hour strategy session per month plus monthly reporting. I never received any reports and the number of actions taken on social media was on average about three per month, rather than per week. The contract was for six months, but after three months I contacted the owner and stated my intent to enter dispute resolutions. She countered with an offer of one additional month with no dispute resolutions, and the cancellation of our contract. Our company accepted the offer. Following that agreement, no further activity was made by her, and she made no effort to resolve our grievances. The contract mentions "deliverables" required from the client. It states that the failure on the client's part to provide deliverables would result in Tellet adjusting its schedule. This was Tellet's way of getting out of meeting responsibilities. The owner would find something wrong with what we provided, or simply ignore messages so that we weren't able to provide deliverables, shifting all blame to the client. The contract states that revisions could be made, including one free revision. I requested only one very simple revision, and it was promised, yet never made. The owner often made insulting remarks toward me and toward all people in our SETX area, implying they were ignorant country *****. She was rude and disrespectful and nearly ruined a business relationship that she helped me establish. She used personal information that I had shared with her against me.
