            On August 15, 2022, we hired this contractor under contract to install and complete a fiberglass pool at our home at ********************************************************* for $29,500. The began installation, but installed it so that the pool is tilted and not level, has no base under it so that it cannot be repaired, and has multiple leaks in the pool, so that it does not hold water. We paid our portion of the contract- half upon contract signing, and half at delivery of pool. The contract indicated that would be a two year warranty on labor and a 10 year warranty on the pool. The pool is unusable, cannot be fixed, and we have already spent $12,000 in repairs. And it is still unrepaired. We have messaged, emailed, and called, requesting assistance and repairs, and there is no response since October of 2022.

            *********** with Aqua Azul Pool Service to deliver and install a 36' x 16' fiberglass pool. They delivered a 38' x ?' pool instead and 4 weeks were never able to level, plumb, or complete any electrical work. The pool was seated in the ground with **** and dirt rather than the correct gravel material required which is why the pool sits 1 ft to high, un-leveled and in-correctly placed. They claim they are Bonded and Insured but I find both those claims are false. Damage to our property, tools and equipment and house plumbing is costing more the the cost of the pool it self, totaling nearly $35,000.00 dollars. They say in messages that they completed installation of the pool but the pool has no skimmer, jets or completed plumbing. They tried to hide the fact that the skimmer was missing by covering the area with sand. ************ lied to my face multiple times concerning completion installation. By far the slimiest contractor I've every experienced.
