We purchased the camper on June 29th 2022. We were told by the salesman that there was no damage to the unit, and that everything was working properly. We were also told that it would be detailed and washed before we came to pick it up. None of these things were true. There are 2 dents on the camper, it was disgusting on the inside, and the black tank, which was supposed to be cleaned, contained feces. Also in the pictures they posted of the camper, there was a 50" TV. They took it out of the camper before my husband came to pick it up. They told us they would Walmart pickup us a tv and never followed through. They lied about everything on the camper. They also tried to leave us without a spare tire until my husband told them we needed one.Initial Complaint

I purchased a RV from this dealership. In our negotiation the salesman Russell said he knew of No issues with the trailer. He said his shop went through the camper and it had had a new air conditioner and there were no other issues. The rv has a rotted floor the furnace motor is blown and the ac and heater does not work. I called the delareship on 10/25 and they said they put a new air conditioner in it for the cost of $2000. The air conditioner is not new and does not work. The salesman is not being honest about the sale. They need to pay to have an ac and furnace that works.Business response

Mrs. ****** purchased a 2003 fifth wheel from our dealership and signed an as is agreement for the trailer since it was pre owned. We offered for her to bring it back and we would look at the AC, our records show we installed a new roof top AC.
