Date: 11/08/23 Paid: $25.85 Business ********************** To Customers Nature of dispute: I was Discriminated against because of my race, I was treated unfairly and differently because of my race. I had an employee **** at me, raise his hand s to me and try to fight me a black women. The employee a white male. He also aggressively threw food and slammed items down. When he helped the Caucasian customers he was joyful, respectful and he let them cut me in line and continue to sigh and mumble under his breath and ignore me when I asked for help. He eventually screamed at me because I asked for pickles and he made my sandwich how he wanted and bagged it up, when the other customers who were not black got asked what they do and don't want on there sandwich I never got asked. When he spoke to me he was so angry he was shaking. I asked for a cooperate number and they gave me this number ************ I called it didn't work I came back to the establishment to speak to the manager because I couldn't get ahold of anyone I brought my boyfriend because I was generally scared that this man would hurt me. He tried to fight us by taking off his hat and glasses the manager took his side I was shocked he called the cops on us and said we threatened his employee because my boyfriend said what if he tried to fight him like he's doing us is that okay asking him a question because he clearly didn't care. When I said we are going to leave a bad review he started screaming he's calling the cops get out. Causing a hectic seen he lied to the cops and we can't go to the establishment anymore if we do it will be trustpassing and I am so confused and disappointed.
