On January 4th of 2022 I place an order for 2 Items. On the website it said shipping takes about **** day. On January 16th I contacted them to cancel my order never received a message back so I emailed them again 2 weeks later and still no response. I contacted their Instagram page and got a response saying I would receive a refund after telling them my order # and name that was the first week of February. I also made 2 reports through Shopify and still nothing. After contacting the Instagram page my order moved to ship but its been that way for 3 weeks with no tracking # being given. I contacted the Instagram page again and they told me to email them which I did for the 3rd time. I recently texted their Instagram gram almost a week ago and no response yet they are active on Instagram.
