On Friday, October 27th around 1pm I ordered 2 big bite burgers no jalapeos, no mustard and no mayo, a plum plate, a side order of onion rings and a bacon and egg breakfast taco. My order almost totalled $45. When we got home and started to eat I noticed our burgers were made incorrectly which isn't the first time. We have never complained to management on our orders being inaccurate on other occasions. They were both missing the bacon and they had jalapeos on them. So my family didn't eat them because the jalapeos are too spicy. We threw them out because our trash day is on Fridays.I was in a rush because I had to go into work at 2:30 pm. I didn't call right away because I was really angry and didn't want to take it out on the manager and I was running late. We were really busy at work at that day. I was finally able to take a break around 5:45 pm. So I took this opportunity to call Spicy Bite and ask to speak with the manager. Her name was ****** and she was very nice. I explained to her the situation and she asked to call me back so she could find my order. ****** called me back as she was able to find my order. She asked if I took a picture and I told her no because I was running late for work and threw the burgers away. She let me know that the order was taken down correctly so the mistake happened in the kitchen. She said she asked the cook if he forgot the bacon and put jalapeos on the burgers and he said he didn't remember. She asked me if I was looking for a refund or remake.Knowing they are a small business I chose a remake as it would be a lesser expense than a refund. She was speaking to someone else to see if that was OK and they said yes. She wanted to do the remake right then and there but I explained to her I was at work and wouldn't be off till after they closed. I told her I would be there tomorrow to get the remake and she agreed. On Saturday October 28th around 10:30 am I called to place my order for my remake.
