    I purchased Panels from **** in 2019. Ive had continuous issues with the panels since they have been installed. **** has been out here several times to fix some problems but they never get fixed. I contacted **** December 2022 and told him I needed my panel service as they had not been working for months after informing him several times. **** has continuously asked me for money, even though he is not servicing my panels and hes refusing to fix them. We got into a verbal altercation, and he told me to find somebody else to service my Panels because he would no longer dealwith me. I contacted another company who has come to my house and inspected the job that **** and his company did, and shut my panels off immediately stating my house could have caught on fire due to the negligence of **** and his crew. I now have to pay another company thousands of dollars to come and fix the job that **** was paid to do originally. This man took my money and scammed me. I could have lost my house, and my life had a not hired the new company to come and correct all the damages that **** did.

    Our solar system was installed by Abundant Solar 11/23/2018 by ************************* (Installer signature). We never noticed a reduction in our electric bill and called sporadically from then until July 2022, Life happed and several surgeries that occupied our minds. We finally got in contact with Abundant Solar in June of 2022. They were finally sending someone out to check the system. In the meantime, I called the manufacturer because i could not log into the application that was provided. After the manufacturer representative helped with that, I asked him to check the system on his end. After checking he informed me that my system had never been completely set up and it had yet to produce any energy. This is 4 years on paying a full electric bill and paying for the solar panels all because the system was never set up completely in the first place. We had a total of 3 visits from an installer and an electrician from the company which finally ended with them getting 16 of the 25 panels operating correctly. This was the end of June 2022, with us contacting them multiple times telling them that we still had 9 panels that were not working correctly. The last thing the installer said was that they would have to get an installation crew out as they would have to detach some of the panels to get information off of them that was on the bottom side. The last they told us a crew would be out on July 24, 2022. We have never seen that crew nor has anyone came out to work on the other 9 panels. I received an email from ******************** yesterday stating that my system was out of warranty and that if I needed them to facilitate any repairs I would have to pay out of pocket for said repairs. In short, I have had a solar system for 5 years that due to installer error has only been operating for 8 months and now is quote un quote out of warranty and all further repairs must be paid at the home owners expense.

    My wife and I would like to file a complaint against a company called Abundant Solar and its owner, *************************. We purchased a Generac solar system in the amount of $93,447.00 which Abundant Solar was to install. ?This was our contract. We paid the first 25% up front and we were told that work would begin in 6 weeks after materials were delivered and that it would take about 2 weeks to install. The load of materials was delivered and, not knowing what materials were needed for the job, we were invoiced for, and paid the 50% required. However, as days would go by and no workers showed up, we were told that they were trying to find a ditcher. That took 3 days and then they had to have a hitch put on their van. That took another 2 days. His workers only work 4 days a week, Monday thru Thursday. The workers finally came and worked some and said they couldnt do anymore because they didnt have all of the materials that were needed. The materials that had already been invoiced and that we had already paid. Three different times materials were delivered after we had made that payment which our contract stated we did not have to pay until ALL materials were delivered. We were constantly waiting for work to be finished and no workers would show up. One week the workers worked Monday and Tuesday and said they would be back the next day. When they didnt show up, my husband called ************************* and he stated that he we letting his guys take a break and they would be back on Monday. Only they didnt show up until the next Wednesday. We have been dealing with these delay tactics since April and they still do not have our system working correctly according to Generac. ******************** invoiced us for the final payment this past Saturday, Aug. 6th, which we paid. However, once ******* told us that it was still not working, we stopped the final payment knowing we would never see him again once he had his money.     We have been to your home an additional two time recently due to a a Generac Inverter failure and then a CT issue.

    We replaced the Inverter at our upfront cost in order to expedite the warranty issue and are awaiting compensation from Generac.

    The system also needed adjustment on one of  the consumption CT meters, which is why we most recently returned last Wednesday.

    We demonstrated the system to you, ***************. All of  the circuits had power when we were last there even though ***************

    had claimed some, like the small AC unit did not come back on because of a power failure during the testing. 

    We do not understand exactly what **************** is asking us to do as we have completed the project.

    It is a frustrating and often longer than usual wait time for everything these days.

    We went out of our way to help you by expediting the inverter cost and replacement.

    We feel we have been very responsive.

    You are in breach of contract.

    I am rejecting this response because:  We tried to tell ******************** what the problem was but he was not interested.  We have constantly been told by him that his part of the job is working correctly and we needed to contact 1) our internet provider because it was their fault.  Actually that was because of a faulty inverter which ******************** could have and should have checked and 2) our electric company when it was actually CT clips that never worked.  We have had to call Generac several times to find out if the system was working properly.  Each time we were told that it was not and they had to contact ******************** before he would come finish the work.  After trying once again to get ******************** to come check the system because the solar batteries were not running the house like it was supposed to when the grid went down, we finally called Generac again today and after explaining what we had been going through for 4 months with ********************, they connected us with someone who could remotely fix this mistake that ******************** would not correct.  We have never been in breach of contract.  We were not to make the final payment until the system worked correctly.  Since Generac fixed the problem today, we have already sent the final payment to *********************  If anyone was in breach of contract, it was ******************** for billing us the 50% of the contract before all of the materials had been delivered and for not completing the work correctly.

    Since October 2021 my solar system has not been working. I call *************** and I was told that Abundant Solar from ****** ** was the one that will take care of the problem because that was the company that install my solar system. Abundant sent one person back in November and replace the fuse but the system still not producing energy. I was contacted by CPS Energy that the system is not producing in February 2022 I contact Abundant and they sent a person and told my that the problem was the envoy case so I contact envoy company and they told me that the case do have to do anything with the panels not producing energy so I inform Abundant and they said that as soon they removed the panels for roof repair and installed them back they will fixed them but after they took the money now they said that they do not have nothing to do with the repair of the system because they are not the company to do the repair, I contact *************** and they contact another company and up to now I still not having my system fix. Abundant Solar,LLC Solar Power Battery and ***************** systems EV Chargers ************ ************. I have been paying to much for my electricity since November 2021. I do have lots of email from Abundant Solar that they said they will fixed the system.
