I was contacted by Mr. ********************** he texted me asking about my hookups with my new trailer this was on *******. I sent him couple of pictures of my trailer and he responded back saying he could help me put in a new septic system. Aerobic. I told me. ********************** I didnt have ****** thousand dollars and he said would make a contract with lawyers and we would get together and I would sign and we could go from there. I gave him by debit card information on my sisters porch **********************************. After we met there was closed to July 4 th so said get with me. Need to tell you on June 30th I handed Mr. ********************** $424.00 for permit he did pay that I got the permit along with designs his designer Lady made. He made several statements that I be in my home in two weeks. That never happens it was going on past those two weeks when I texted him , he became upset said if ** in hurry then he would refund me my 400 dollars and I could get someone else. The reason Im making this complaint because I have out texted messages where he states different money amounts of if I put this 400 dollars as a down payment I could pay this amount for up to three years and last texted I received from him was him asking if I could pay $600.40 dollars a month for so many months so he could get paid faster. Also he called my sister ****************** trying to get her to get me to agree to used ***** so he get paid through them and I wouldnt be stressed trying to make payments to him and we both win. After he couldnt get her he texted me with idea of lets used ***** . I let him know thats dishonest and no way a hurricane came to ******** and destroyed my septic system. He continued to try and after I told him no, thats when he contacted me while I was still living with my sister **************** thats when he asked for the $600 a month and told him I couldnt afford that. I told him to just give me back my $400 dollars and I find someone else. He then told me he gave n my money to the lady in white jeep.Initial Complaint

I started a new service contract with ********************** Aerobic that began with an initial inspection of my tank on 5/23/22 after I paid $400 for the new service contract. Upon inspecting my system, they reported to me that they didnt find any problems initially, but I had them go look again for an order we had been smelling. He later said he found a small leak and glued the pipe. After a few days, I noticed that we had not seen the sewer tanks release any water. By Friday, the alarm starting going off because the tank was not draining and the tank alarm indicates the system is not releasing backed up sewer water. The alarm was driving the neighborhood crazy with the noise. I would try and turn it off but it would come back on. I called them to come correct it Saturday. Technician, Rashad ********************** came out and showed us pictures where the first technician failed to connect the water line string back properly, this is what was causing my alarm to go off. We still have those photos and his written statement.*******, some type of owner, tried to **** me for the weekend charge which I told her this should not be charged to me because it was their technician that made the error in not connecting the water line string and caused me to have to call them out on the weekend. She said it was still a weekend call and I would have to pay for it. I disagreed. She then took $200 out of the $400 I had paid them and sent me a check for $200 and canceled my service. This is unbelievable!How could she not see that the weekend service call was caused by their own employees error, and their own employee came and proved it with a statement and photos we can produce. I want my $200 returned they bullied me and took. I will find another service provider.
