R&R was the best to work with. We had a budget to work with to complete an ADA ******* of our bathroom and they made it happen beautifully. Close attention was paid to small details and especially the functionality of the shower to accommodate a roll in chair and independence. ******* knowledge of *** was greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent and suggestions were top notch. I already have a list of future projects that I want them to do. I highly recommend R&R.

****** and ****** are not only professionals who care about the smallest details of the job, but they are also ethical, kind, full of good ideas and fun to work with. They have transformed my kitchen/living room areas and made them beautiful. Our house is not easy to work with since no lines were true but ****** and *********************** it all work. ****** at R&R services is hands down the only reason I stay sane through our remodeling project. Our kitchen flooded which destroyed everything in our brand new house that we had only lived in for 2 days. I was very overwhelmed and once they were on the project everything was taken care of and explained to me step by step. I never felt in the dark or confused about what was going to happen or like I wasnt heard in the process. Everyone contracted to come out was top notch and did an amazing job on our house! They were phenomenal in working with us to demo and renovate parts of our living room and kitchen in our **** home. ****** was always on top of everything and made sure we were satisfied with the work being done every step of the way. Their expertise in the field and attention to detail was second to none! In the end, it felt like we were working with trusted friends rather than just any other contractor. R&R Services were very professional. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, they were able to schedule an appointment within a very reasonable time (less than a week), and continued to provide updates on the teams arrival the day of the appointment. The team arrived and quickly addressed my issues with multiple doors within the house! I would definitely use them again for home repair issues!R&R Services Response

Full disclosure. ****** and I had a previous working relationship at a church, but that does not imply this review is skewed in any way. When soliciting proposals for a bathroom makeover, ****** and ****** came over to measure and discuss the project. After realizing what products we wanted to use they actually suggested another contractor that worked with that product. Fast forward 18 months and we again asked R&R Services for another bid on a new project. We accepted the proposal and they worked us into their very busy schedule. The crews were very professional and showed up when ****** said they would. She prefers texting over emails, but that wasnt an issue. She stays in close contact with the customer and will visit the work site often. At the completion of each stage she and ****** will do a walk around with the customer and the sub, and make notes to correct any issues. After the final inspection and final payment was made, ****** reached out to report they were going to take care of some issues that ****** observed on his last visit. We did not initiate this. Well done R&R. We asked them to take care of a few small things we also discovered after project completion. They did so without hesitation. They use an online invoicing system that I was not a fan of, but accepted paper checks or checks drafted by my banking software. All in all, you can trust and rely on R&R Services.
