      They decided to do a so-called upgrade. And now I cannot access my account. And I have contacted or have tried to contact customer service. And no one is responding to my email. And when I call the approximate hold time is over 70 minutes because of a stupid upgrade, they did which locks everybody out of their account. I'm still waiting for a reply for them.

      I have had an account since the 90s with TDECU. This credit union used to be on top of things and customer service was top notch. I can honestly say that it is now the absolute WORST bank to deal with!!! I got locked out of their mobile app. Apparently the room I was in wasnt bright enough so the face recognition feature wasnt working and locked me out because I attempted TWO times!! So then I go to enter my passcode manually and it wasnt accepting my passcode. I also got locked out. So I go to reset the passcode and it informs me it will text me the code to my phone. I never got anything. I tried this 6 times!! Never received anything. So when I call customer service to fix things, i am on HOLD for 15 minutes before I can speak to a real person. Then this lady proceeds to ask me if I went on the website to reset my passcode. I told her I had tried to fix the passcode through the app and hadnt received a code to my phone. So she hesitantly says ok. Whats your social? Whats your mothers maiden name? Whats the type of account you have with us? All of these questions I answer for her. She then says Im going to have to place you on hold again, then you will be asked 5 or 6 more security questions to validate your identity THIS is ridiculous at this point. I have NEVER had to answer sooooo many questions in my life to prove my identity. I am so disappointed with TDECU. I will probably take my money elsewhere and advise others to not open accounts with this bank. They make things so hard for their customers. Its a shame

      ZERO stars. Have been trying to close my account for 3 years! Every time I call they tell me a request has been submitted? They have all my info, nothing has changed but still account remains open? Then 3 months ago a 3rd party provider to TDECU steals everyone's personal info including Social? I called last month, again am told acct will be closed and a check mailed? Called in again today, tell me nothing has changed and they ask me to start process all over again? STAY AWAY, they will take your money but its impossible to close account should you move out of area. Feel sorry for phone staff that they have such incompetent management. STAY AWAY.

      I lost my credit card and tried via their web site and calling numerous times to cancel the card and get another card. After 45 minutes of talking to 3 people and 3 ** i am currently on hold waiting to confirm I am getting a replacement card. Extremely poor service. Horrible web site. To contact anyone at TDECU you have to fill out a form. This is just sad. No wonder they have 1 out of 5 stars.

      this credit union has gone to the dogs. from gettin someone to answer the phone to not being able to get into digital banking.. even after finally getting some one on the phone nothing gets resolved

      Fail advertising. As a member I should have gotten 15% of the https://**********************/ I sent all morning long trying to get the code from the bank. When I finally got it. I used it on the website and it was no longer valid. I called the bank again. They told me that the code they had to call the shop I did and the shop told me the code that I was putting in was invaded since July and we’re in August. and the worst thing of all the color and the size I wanted is no longer available. if they cannot supply me a small discount like they told me when I signed up and or reading the website, I’m supposed to trust him. I’m a mortgage. You know what they say a little things that counts. No, I will not be getting a mortgage loan through Or anything else.

      I misplaced a credit card. Took 4 weeks to get new card. I paid estimated bill on credit card. I overpaid just in case. TDECU cashed it. However when I tried to use new card it said I was behind d on payments. I had to call again with my go on check they cashed 12 days beforehand. They had to look it. They finallly found it after being on hold on second call. But now it will be 2 days to be able to use card. Terrible service

      Terrible service. Will not work with you regarding any issue at all. Had total loss, where insurance was paying out, still reported 30 day late. Which stays on credit report for 7 years, and would not for any reason try to work it out. Unreasonable, would not ever use this bank again fke anything.
