Don Davis in El Campo does NOT take care of their customers. I traded in my Equinox, they gave me $3000 on top of paying it off. My new car, 2020 Buick, I had 16 days, and was in the shop for 12 days, picked it up, and 10 days later, same issue again. They said part was on back order, no ETA. They don't do loaners or rentals. Not one time did I hear from a manager of any sort, to see if they could help in any way. Service can only do so much. But the dealership itself pretty much has the "not my problem" mentality. They didn't care that I didn't have a car to drive, or a way to get anywhere. I was physically stuck. They should have stepped up and helped in some way, considering I had just bought the car and was already in the shop, 2 times within 2 weeks. Don't shop at Don Davis in El Campo, they'll give you a bad deal. The dealership I'm working with now, even said the deal was shady after they read all of the paperwork. Oh and they bought my car and are putting me in a new one, all because Don Davis is incompetent of helping customers!! But, boy do they constantly call to make a deal, but never a call to help when a customer needs help. Selfish and rude.
