I reached out to this company looking to purchase a factory refurbished pulsed electromagnetic field therapy device. A man named ***** Gerleter contacted me and said that they have used devices available for sale and we worked out a deal for $5650 for the equipment and some accessories. He sent me an invoice and I gave him my credit card number to charge. He called me back and stated that my credit card would not go through saying that it was probably because it was a personal card and not a business card. After a couple more unsuccessful attempts to pay by credit card, he suggested that I just wire him the money. I did not think anything about it and did what he said. I wired the money on Wednesday, Feb 2. I contacted ***** to find out when the product would ship. I didnt hear back from him until I accused him of trying to scam me. He replied stating that they were in the process of moving their production facility and that he would ship the product on or before Wednesday, Feb 16 (today) or he would offer me a full refund. That deadline has come. I tried several times to contact ***** today with no response. I believe that he blocked my number because it goes straight to voicemail when I try to call him and I cannot leave a message because his voicemail box is full. I have reported this to the Burnet ********************** but have not heard back from them as of yet. I really cannot afford to have $5650 stolen from me and I really need your help on this matter.
