On last night I had my birthday dinner@ **** *****. I purchased a cake from Kristi Kristy Lee Mounts. It was suppose to be delivered at 3pm. My party started at 4pm. I got a call at 6pm telling me she was in route my dinner was over with at 7. At 6:15 I got a call from her saying I'm heading your way. Then I received a call at 6:45 saying oh girl I'm not gonna be able to make it because my wheel locked up on my car. I was very concerned for her. But, then I said where are you I can come to where your at and pick it up. She told me stuttering imin league city but I wannadeliver it to you. So then she said I will giveyohhalf your money back and your grandson cake free. I was ok with that. But then later I got to thinking if she was heading my way why wouldn't she want me to come pick my cake up. Now she's saying I didn't pay her $140.00 for my cake. It was suppose to be a louis vutton cake. I had decorations I paid $130.00 to go around it to decorate my table. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LADY!!!!!!! The date of my event was October 22nd 2022 from 4-7pm. As of today October 23rd the next day she still want refund my money but she has been seen in the gameroom and bragged that she went and bought herself a new ******. She will not answer my calls or text. This is a business she does from her home. I have received so many complaints from other people where she has done this and has refused to pay them their money.
