This is the worst interaction with a contractor Ive ever had, PERIOD! There are several issues needing repair and when we email, call and text Mr. ********************** we get no reply. All we want is a call to discuss what his plans are and a timeline for fixing them. The poor workmanship is evident throughout the home, which we have documented with a list and photos to provide Mr. **********************. Weve contacted him every single day and nothing. Then out of the blue we get a call from someone we have no idea of who they are to come out to address one of the items with a patch job. *** had to come out of pocket to address one of the issues with the sprinkler system he said he fixed before closing, just to be able to use the sprinkler system. Our neighbors' builders provided them with a list of all subcontractors for any issues they might run into, Mr. ********************** gave us no such list. Weve reached out to the warranty company but the issues needing repaired are not the things they handle, and we were informed that the builder would have to fix them. We know that Mr. ********************** has a year to address any issues, but it seems he is dragging his feet so that year will pass, and he wont have to bother with fixing anything. Mr. ********************** will not call us or reach out in any way for this so-called custom built house hes done so poorly on. Its obvious that Mr. ********************** and/or his protect manager/******* do not come on site during the build to check on their subcontractor's work, or they do and just dont care about the product they put out. It has come to the point that we will have to take this matter through the legal system to get Mr. **********************s attention. We warn any and everyone to stay clear of this company and openly welcome anyone to see for themselves the type of work **** ********************** Homes does.
