I went here to get an oil change. They charged my for a synthetic oil change when I asked for a regular. When I checked out I asked them where my key was and the manager said in the car. I got in my car and left only to find no key. I had to pay to get my car towed home because its a holiday and then pay to get another key made. I went back up to the place to see if the man would give me my key and he was so rude and cursed me out. I recorded him saying that he had never gave me my key back.Initial Complaint

Took my 2011 ***** Tahoe to 10 minute oil to have an oil change complete has a have been doing on this vehicle since 2020. They had advised me that I needed to change the filter as well as add some fluid for something I think for the back tires. When picking up my truck I seen that on the paper it said I had a leak. I went in an asked about it and explained that my truck had not been leaking anything. The lady advised that I would have to pay ***** to confirm what it was. Always extra money for something with them.After bringing my truck home I noticed that the truck was leaking some tonight not sure what it was and contacted them back over the phone and explained this. The make on the line explained to bring the truck back and he would look at it. When I brought the truck back the lady said over and over *****. I explained to her why would I pay ***** for something that it appears you all did. Left and my son had me to take my truck to another company only to confirm that the screws had been left loose and this caused damage to my oil pan that had to be replaced. I know I never had a leak and they went so far to change the paperwork to say that I had a leak. This company is not have truthful business practices and should be shut down!
