      Bought a roof for a off road UTV. They said it would ship in a few days. 3 weeks later I asked to cancel the order and they said they did. Then I got a email ******* was shipping after I bought another one from a different company. I emailed them right back and told them I canceled the ordered and do not ship. They still shipped it. I contacted them and they sent me a return label. I mailed the box back un opened and they just left it at that. No refund. Now I am fighting with the credit card company trying to get it as fraud. This is from May 2023

      Our payment processor "STRIPE", Usually takes from 5 to 10 business days to get the payment back to the customer, as in many other online payments processors.

      I would like to our customer to wait this period of time, since our orders to STRIPE wat to refund the customers money on the 25/08/23, as shown in our first screenshot.

      Transaction date 02-22-2022 $250.78 Order number ***** I purchased a front and a rear bumper from this company I did receive the front bumper but did not receive the rear bumper. I did receive a package with correct tracking but it didnt have the correct contents in the package. Tracking number is ************. I would like to have a refund of of the purchase price for the rear bumper which is ****** plus the shipping charge of $50 I paid. I have contacted them several times with absolutely zero attempt on afx1 internationals to resolve the problem. I have also contacted ***** about the this problem and they denied my claim.

      Tell us why hello,we have look for the package and ***** has let us know that they delivered and someone received the package, we acknowledge that the pictures and the quilt that he received is not the product ordered, but then again that is not what we sent, in order to mend the situation we will absorb the expense, we are refunding the cost paid for the rear bumper and the portion of the shipment,cause the client did receive the front bumper.

      March of 2022 I purchased products from this establishment. After receiving the parts coated incorrectly the company did return some money to compensate me for having to have them sand blasted to my satisfaction. Once the installation process started the parts were so poorly built that they do not fit the application without modifying the part itself or the machine they are intended to fit on. I tried on multiple occasions to chat with the customer service about a resolution and they just quit responding all together. I would be happy to form a resolution we could both live with but once I declined an offer of a 5% discount on future purchases they have ghosted me.

      We are really sorry that this order has all this inconviniences, we recognize that ************ installed beautifully the accesories in its car, we first offered him a 10% discount on purchase, later for the trouble we offered him a 25% partial refund, that we made timely, we, to settle this complaint are offering to take the overall refund to the value of 50% of the product purchased, we are willing to deposit him this amount in this week. We offered him yesterday this and he accepted, we will proceed as soon as posible

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I filed a previous complaint for inferior product that was sold to me with no response to issues. The company offered a 50% refund to compensate for the issues and I accepted and notified the BBB of the resolution we agreed on. But.... the company has not lived up to the actual refund it offered and has yet to respond to my messages. The company offered a 50 % refund of the Original order for $1057.76 therefore total refund should be for $528.88. Refund #1 was $223.58, Refund #2 was $116.41, leaving a unrefunded amount of $188.89. They offered me the 50% refund and now are not living up to their end of the deal.  Refund.

      I placed an online order for products from the vendor. The vendor contacted me via phone and notified me one of the products may be the wrong fitment. I confirmed the proper fitment and part number needed. I received the same call from the vendor two days later and again confirmed the proper fitment and part number. I received order confirmation 2 days later and discovered the wrong part was still on the order and had already shipped. I contacted the vendor for return and refund of the wrong parts sent me and received communication to send pictures of the parts label and send it back. I was sent a separate communication with the *** number for return. I forwarded the vendor the tracking information after which I was contacted by another representative who later required pictures of the individual parts. The item had remained unassembled and unopened at the direction of the initial representatives guidance and the vendor published returns policy. The vendor has confirmed receipt of the returned items, retains the parts, refuses refund or any returns action and retained funds paid them. Additionally the vendor claimed a 20% restock charge would be charged. The vendors published returns policy is published on their site, does not contain a 20% restock fee and states they will refund any undamaged, unused part returned within 30 days of purchase and with an ***. Search of vendor reviews on line document a history of refusals to process returns/refunds.

      I purchased a blue voodoo roof for my polaris rzr side by sode on November 15th. My item areived and i am not happy woth the color as it is a light blue compared to the dark blue on the website. I emailed for to initiate a return several times with no response. I have called with no answer multiple times and then when they do answer they have hung up or refuse to offer a refund when I inquire about a return. Their return policy states clearly that I can return an unused item in new condition within 30 days. My first email for a return was on november 25. I would like help with resolution of this issue.

      Ordered a UTV Roof from AFX for $375.00. I The roof is not as described. Its more grey than black. Also made of paper thin metal and is not rugged as described. After I opened the box, I called AFX to return the item. They gave me the run around and never returned my call. When I finally got someone on the phone again, they advised I would have to pay return shipping $60.00 AND a 25% restocking fee $92.00! This is almost half the cost of the item! I was never advised of any restocking fee when I ordered the item. I feel Im being ripped off. Others on various e commerce forums have voiced similar dissatisfaction with this companys sub par products and customer service.

      I am rejecting this response because: the sellers statement is not true. Firstly, unless they recently updated it, the web site does not clearly and openly explain a 25% restocking fee which much greater than most any business. Secondly, I order a gloss black roof and they sent me a flat black roof. When I initially contacted the seller for a return, I spoke with ********************* and he said he would have to check with the sales manager & call me back. Three days went by and he never returned my call. Then after several attempts to call,they didnt answer the phone. When I was finally able to get through, thats when **** said the manager is going to charge me a 25% restocking fee and I am liable for return shipping as well. Turns out **** was not being honest again, his signature on his reply appears he is the sales manager and was just giving me the run around. Bottom line is the company sent me a product that was not what I ordered. They made the return shipping and restocking fee so high that financial it would not be feasible. I feel I was ripped off by this company and request the complaint to stay on record with the BBB. I feel I need to stand up against this company because I am in contact with others through a forum that have been taken advantage of by this company as well. Please let me know if you need further information or names of others that have been misled.

      On September 17 2021 I purchased a front and rear bumber guard for my 2021 CanAm Maverick. I received rear bumper guard and tried to install on my vehicle, one of the holes did not line up. I texted the company and asked for a return authorization for part. No reply, I also called numerous times and no answer. I told them to cancel rest of order and refund money. The front bumper was to be delivered October 11. I refused order from **** I spent $311.01 on my Good *** credit card.

      I purchased two items from AFXMotorsports over a month ago. They shipped one item but failed to ship the other. I've emailed them more than 5 times and called over 30 times. I got them to answer once. A guy named ****** answered and seemed to be helping. He pulled up my order info and knew which items I was missing. He asked me to hold several times and then he finally just hung up on me after 15 minutes. At first, I thought that maybe the call just dropped. But then I called them back and the phone would be picked up and then promptly hung back up on their end. I'm not surprised to see several complaints for them on this site. The hardware included with my item is already rusting. I've never seen nuts/bolts/washers rust this fast. The bumper is also rusting as the paint is already bubbling up and peeling. I not only want a refund for the item I never received but I also wish to return the defective bumper that they did send me. Please help others avoid business with these scammers.
