Super disappointed in this company. My husband ordered a spare wheel holder on May 10. 2024. It's been 11 days and they state that they printed the label for *** to pick up the part, but that *** hasn't picked up the part. I have never heard of *** not picking up a part for 11 days. We have sent an email and did the chat service on their website, but nothing has come of it. My husband was finally able to talk to someone on the phone after many attempts and they claimed that the part was picked up 3 hours ago, however, we still do not have confirmation from *** that they picked up the part through tracking. This company sure took their money quickly, but the unprofessional level of time it takes to ship the part you paid for is extremely poor. I would not order from this company.Review from david f

AF1 or AFX as they call themselves are the bigest scammers on the bissness. They take your money then dont send you the parts till months later with fake *** labels wich they manipulate to make you think youre shipment is coming when infact it was never sent. When you ask for your refund they take months again & avoid you as much as possible. This company has been doing people bad for many years ***** dont understand why they havent been shut down by the authorities.Review from Frank C

Never received package. Was lied to on the phone and hung up on three different time's.Package has never made it to freight carry just label filled out. Carrier is waiting on my package. But when I call Afxmotorsports and speak to a manager they say it's on its way and the shiper has it. If you start questioning the manager they will hang up on you.
