First off we are New in all this process as first time home buyers :we contacted a realtor from ariva homes;*************************** Who refered us to a lender Mr:************************* who i gave authorization to run our credit.He notified me by a phone call then a week 3 days after Lender notified me that i qualified for a $200,000.00 dollar loan We were super excited so we went to see a home that realtor *************************** met up with us on a home on encanto we saw it weliked it and talked to lender the price od the home was for 218 but after negotiation it was dropped to 216 and we were told by the realtor *************************** that we could set it asside with a certified check for $1,000.00 dollars so we rushed out to chase bank and got a certified check and handed to her no recipt was given and i was told by her The lender will be contacting you to make all the paper work a week later lender called said all paper work is ready we had no closing date set up yet so we went to a spec home that stages as their office.Once there he asked me for a $10,000 dollar down payment and said my monthly payments were going to be for $1,650 dollars so i said wow back up that is not what i was told on the phone nor i agreed to payment tht high for the home .So the deal was dropped i backed we called Miss;******* to pick up the check but she answered 2 days after and we met again at the encanto home to pick up check .Once there she lead us on again by saying ok we have 2 properties that just now popped up on my inventor list and for this one as first time buyers yo do qualify its not a 4 bd. rm. but its a 3 and the price is inly $185,000 and sit down let do the maths she said not only the price is better but your monthly just went down all the way to $1,200 monthly for all it covers everything insurance and ill even throw in all brand new appliances.We were even more excited than the first time I did mention what about the dwn payment at closing .we were decived they never followed thru. no money
