I made a reservation with Hotelsone.com online through a website they set up through a hotel called ********** in *************, **. When making a reservation for three nights, I was not informed on the website that the charges would be non-refundable nor was I told the exact amount of the charges or anticipated charges. Immediately after making the booking I was sent an e-mail from ********* advising that the charges were non-refundable. The transaction was made on 5/26/2024. The hotel reservation did not start until 7/31/2024. The company than used a number of different names and later advised that they were an *************** and ******* would not refund them their money which is why they could not give me back my money. The total amount of the transaction was $652.47. Nowhere on their website does ********* indicate they are partnered or affiliated with *******. Their address in ***** is fake. They are not registered as a trademark or corporation in ******* where the transaction occurred. When I called Expedia, they could not help me because they didn't recognize my booking number below. I was also told by Hotelsone that ******** at Villa 1565 would not refund my money. I called Villa 1565 and there is no employee or manager named ******. I have made a credit card dispute with *************** which is still ongoing. Hotelsone scammed me and stole money from me. The services were cancelled by ********* on 6/20/2024. *************** still has not honored my dispute for services not provided. In my bank's reply letter to me dated 7/17/2024, they advised that ********************* had information regarding my purchase. ******************** has at least two other e-mails which are **************************** and ************************ There are 105 complaints very similar to mine on Trip Advisor regarding Hotelsone. You can ****** Expedia or ************* all day long and you will never find Hotelsone as a member of Expedia or *************.

Thought I made a reservation in the beginning of June for work related overnight. They never sent me an email confirmation. I called the hotel (*********) and they had no reservation under my name. I called my credit card company to get their phone number and I got the run around for about an hour. Called my credit card company back and opened a dispute. After a month I received a letter telling me I was on my own. I called the hotel to get a letter that I never stayed there and under my name they found a reservation that was made on the 27 th of June and cancelled on the 28 th of June with a credit card number and expiration date that I do not own!!! I called hotelsone with this information and was told they could not refund me because the reservation was too old!!! The email on the order/cancellation is *************************************** Why would I book a hotel on the same night I want to stay there and cancel it the next day, the day I was supposed to check out????

On 7/14/24 I navigated to a hotel/resort website and clicked to book online. Somehow, and without me noticing or agreeing, the reservation ended up being made through HotelsOne who charged an undisclosed fee later disclosed to me in a confirmation email entitled "mandatory fee $136.31." Somehow, and without my knowledge or consent, HotelsOne intercepted my request for a booking directly from the resort/hotel. This is extremely deceptive and predatory. When I tried to resolve this by contacting HotelsOne directly, their "contact email" system did not allow me to send in an inquiry.
